The breakfast that they served was excellent with scrambled eggs seasoned potatoes and Smoked sausage slices. Two different types of waffle mix and various breads and muffins were available. Hot and cold cereal, variety of fruit and coffee and juices. The breakfast area was clean and well restocked during the time it was open. The fitness center was amazing. It had the usually equipment with additional free weights, Kettle balls, TRX, box for jumps and various other equipment.

There is nothing bad that I could say about this place everything was extremely nice.

Terrific hotel. Very clean and modern. Loved the King suite on the first floor, (103) furthest from the highway. Spacious, comfortable bed and sofa. Very short easy drive to Canal Winchester, its historic district bustling and clean with great restaurants and shops. Small town, pleasant people.

Separate shower/toilet area is a nice touch, but a little tight. Large screen TV is oddly placed between bed and sofa, not best for viewing from either.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Located in a good, safe area. Comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast, parking and WiFi. Nice gym. The gentleman helping us check-in was very nice.

The continental breakfast was being torn down at 9:30a.m. It is supposed to be open until 10:00 a.m. Although the lady working the breakfast area went to the back to get me what I needed, I shouldn’t have had to ask her to do that. She was nice enough, but seemed inconvenienced. If a hotel offers breakfast until 10:00 a.m. it should be fully available and fully stocked until 10:00 a.m.

-The location was very good because we were visiting family in the same city. -Michelle did a great job with the breakfast service. The selection was good, the hot food was hot, plenty of coffee & the area was kept very clean. -The front desk staff was very responsive to requests for towels. I had to get them myself, but I know everyplace is under-staffed.

Our Room #416 needs to have the window fixed. There was a strong wind one night & it howled thru crevices in the window frame. A maintenance person can probably fix this in 10 minutes with a good sealer. I mentioned this to the front desk staff, too.

The breakfast and location were both great. The room and amenities were nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great stay overall.

The bed and pillows were subpar in my opinion. The pillows were almost non-existent. The bed creaked every time I got in it. We tossed and turned every night of the stay.

I loved the location and how close it was to everything I was going to be there for.

I wished the floors/walls were alittle thicker. Someone nearby woke us up early slamming the door and making rackets before 7 am on checkout morning. Couldn’t go back to sleep and have an 8 hr drive back home that day.

Location, cleanliness, comfort, and very spacious. Front desk staff was very friendly in helping both checking in and out.

Breakfast was not that great. Sausage was over cooked and tough. Eggs were super wet. The lady was not very friendly.

Cleanliness

I went down to break just before 10 ( I traveled from a time zone three hours difference, so I slept in a bit later) and they had already cleaned it up. I paid for the breakfast, but had to go to a restaurant nearby to get it.

great aesthetics internally. tv welcome was a nice touch. clean and allowed for sanitization. coffee bar.

the AC was too warm for us (seems preset limit was 67) it got warm in the night.

Cleanliness. Staff was awesome, friendly and very courteous

There was nothing I didn't like about the hotel...just that the people mowing the bank lot next to the hotel threw grass all over my vehicle!
