The Westin Annapolis

The staff was very friendly. The convenience of the location and parking. (though very expensive) The bed was comfortable. The shower was wonderful.

The room was too dark. It needed more lights. We could not control the temperature. The fact that you charge for internet daily was disappointing. I had asked for towels for the second day (not maid service) when we checked in and never got them. At the restaurant, the server at breakfast was very slow. Another waitress had to step in. The table we were put at was too small for the plates, coffee pot, cream, and drinks. My food (oatmeal) was room temperature.

Location

We had to wait to check in. They were heavily booked from the previous night and we had to wait for them to finish cleaning the rooms. However, we did enjoy the bar(great bartender) and the complimentary drink. Also, room were clean but no body wash in the bathroom.

Property is beautiful! The staff was friendly and very inviting. My room was clean and comfortable. I also asked for a quiet room when I booked. You knocked it outta the park!! I was at the end on the corridor in Room 252 facing the cemetery. I laughed when I looked out my window. “Yep, it’s going to be quiet!” PERFECT! Thank you, all.

Tried getting Room Service twice on the phone. Was placed on hold indefinitely. I decided to just go downstairs myself and order at the bar. Salad was very good, though. One thing to mention to Housekeeping.....when placing the handheld shower head back in its hook please check to make sure the sprayer is facing INSIDE the tub. Oooooops! I cleaned up the best I could. Or, have the rain shower head on instead.

My husband, my 4 yo. daughter and myself absolutely love this hotel. The staff is always so pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The beds are just to die for. We always get the best sleep. They are so plush. We always enjoy our time in the jacuzzi and pool. Every time we go it’s like our private pool. With the Covid they go above and beyond to make sure that everything is clean and sterilized. We try to come at least once a month just to “getaway”.

I don’t have one bad thing to say about it.

I loved the location. It was close to a lot of great restaurants. the bed was comfortable. the bathroom was great we loved the shower. the fitness center was cool as well.

they had a super old iron I had to get switched out. No free Wi-Fi.

The property was located in a perfect spot. We were there for a lacrosse camp at The Naval Academy, it was so easy to get to the stadium each morning. It was an easy walk and a quick drive to get to any shop, bar, or restaurant you wanted. The hotel was spotless and our room was very comfortable. Staff was wonderful.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was elegant and clean.

Check-in time 4pm, check-out time 11am. It used to be 3pm check-in, and Noon check-out (and still states so on your website!). The earlier check-in, and later check-out, is much more civilized and thoughtful.

Only stayed one night, however, felt like I had been there for days. From the valet to front desk to bartender on to housekeeping; EVERYONE was great with exceptional customer service skills! I cannot recall the gentleman at the front desk name, regrettably, but he was super helpful when I randomly walked pass with my hands full. Again, GREAT STAY AND WONDERFUL STAFF!!

No complaints about ANYTHING!!!

Newer hotel, big, quiet rooms. Parking is $35 but there is a free shuttle that takes you right downtown.
