Graduate Annapolis

The decor in the room was bright and fresh. I also liked that the carpark was a fixed rate for the week regardless of how often you came and went during the day.

On a couple of days the coffee/water wasn't replenished in my room. I did comment the second time but, although coffee was then delivered they didn't think to replenish the cups/stirrers at the same time. Not specific to the Graduate but also I don't get the thing of just lighting the room via lamps you have to go and individually turn on and off. Give me a decent ceiling light I can turn on at the door and off from the bed

Location in the town very central. Rooms and decorations very great. Breakfast even if not included very good. Clean

The Welcome of the staff the first day could have been more smiling. The clarity about the parking is awful = Resulting in 12$ for 15 min....just to bring in the room our stuff. This hotel is a place for wedding.They stop the music at 10:30PM. To be honest, if I have not paid 390$ the night, it could have been ok but we went back in the room before, it was simple = impossible to speak. They should have taken it into account as we were there for 2 nights. At this price, breakfast is not included...you have to add around 20$ per person to have something.

Location was great. Here to visit THE YARD on our way to New Jersey to visit family. The hotel is very beautiful & quite unique. All nautical theme including a goat lamp(USN mascot) We wanted to check in & walk, but both of us were having knee & foot flare ups as 79🤣 so had to park at another location before the hotel.

Paying for parking, but that is a norm in city hotels. Had to go back down to our car few times as we were on a road trip & forget few things. Our room was not close the the elevator. The elevator did take you right to parking

Room was spacious and comfortable, interesting layout. Very quiet even though I was near the elevators.

The decoration of the room was a bit much. Multi-colored stripes on all 4 walls, plaid headboard, artwork everywhere. I was apparently put in an “accessible” room but dresser and bedside tables were not very user friendly. The drawer pulls were recessed and difficult to use and I have no issues with my hands. Definitely more decorative than useful. I didn’t park my car there as they charge $28 per night. Free weekend garage nearby as long as you’re out by 6am on Monday. Wish the hotel was closer to City Dock where the festival was held.

Good size bright theme like room and wonderful bathroom(room 209. Close to elevator and enough railins not to have to stay in accessible room for my balance problems. Very happt and would like to book again. Short walk to Rams Head from Hotel.

Maybe an alert type for walking because hotel entrance is inside courtyard. Front desk personnel were very helpful with directions and how to order food at counter and then be able to sit in dining socializing area to eat a great breakfast and a wonderful crab cake to go. Look forward to stay longer to explore shops and legislative area.

We had 2 queen sized beds in our room and was a party of 4. It was very comfortable. The room was well equipped with a TV, refrigerator, desk, safe, blowdryer, hot water kettle. There were LOTS of electrical plugs, some with USB ports which everyone knows could create chaos if there were more than 2 people had to charge gadgets. We did not have to use the wifi because we were mostly running data from our phones so I cannot attest to the strength of the wifi signal. The room had a very interesting decor (nice interiors), there was a closet for hanging clothes, bathroom had a shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The room did not come with breakfast but where we were, we had access to many amazing places to eat so it didn't bother us at all. The bar/restaurant remained open into late hours and we had a late night snack - service was very good and the food was not bad at all (we only had soup and flatbread so do not take this as a criticism). Checkin and checkout were fast. There was basement parking available. Note that the beds were high - literally. So if you had small kids that might fall out, it would be best to think about this (bring a bed rail?). We loved the view in our room which was the ballroom (I think it was called a trophy room?) but that also means, we didn't get natural sunshine/light from a window. For enjoying the center of Annapolis, this is a great location for walking on Main St. and having access to restaurants, shops and further walking distance to the US Naval Academy and St. John's College. To summarize, Pros are cleanliness, proximity to restaurants and shops, parking and nice interiors. Overall, a really good experience.

Checkin time was at 4 pm which we thought was too late. We arrived at 3:45 pm and our room was ready so I can't really complain about this. An earlier checkin would be much more comfortable in the future. Checkout is at 11 am and again, I wished it was at noontime, especially on the weekends and traveling with small children.

Super clean and comfortable, everything feels modern while still having a vintage vibe. Great location to walk to restaurants and City Dock.

I couldn’t figure out the tv. I’m didn’t call for help so that’s on me. The directions didn’t follow what was on screen or maybe I’m just electronically challenged. When I was leaving I couldn’t even get it to turn off. I’ve stayed before and had no problems, not sure why I couldn’t get it to work this time. I’m sure if I would’ve called someone would’ve helped.

Very impressed with the room quality, pricing, and staff. The hotel was very reasonably priced for the great service provided. The room decoration was unique and seemed far nicer than most hotels at similar price-points. The staff was all very friendly, and able to quickly resolve any issues and answer any questions. We stayed with two young children who also thoroughly enjoyed the room decorations, and the overall fun hotel-experience. Also, the wifi was the fastest I have ever used in a hotel (80+mbps).

Parking at the hotel is quite expensive, but if you do not mind walking a few blocks, there are a number of parking garages nearby with more reasonable parking.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The Poindexter had great grab and go options. There was also hot food that could be eaten in the larger restaurant space. Quick service. We loved the easy walk to sights and dining options. An easy 15 minute walk to the harbor. Overall good quality at a reasonable price.

Probably if sensitive to noise you should ask for a quiet room. The front desk was very helpful when we asked. When there's an event the atrium area seemed a lot busier.

I was attending a show and the location was perfect (only 5 minutes away). Room was pretty big and the bed was really comfortable. The staff was attentive and understanding. Soft drinks at the small shop inside the hotels weren't too overpriced.

Not related to the hotel but I had to Uber back to Washington, DC when I was hoping to find a bus from Annapolis, MD. I did ask the staff about this and they had no idea. Maybe it would be useful if the staff could get in touch with the local tourism office to help out out-of-towners.
