This hotel was FABULOUS. It far exceeded my expectations. It looks exactly as the photos show. The woman at the counter was very friendly and checked me right in. They honored my request for a room on a higher floor, which I was very excited by. The bed was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in; and the pillows were absolutely wonderful. I've never felt this comfortable in a hotel in years. I didn't have breakfast at the property so I can't comment on that, but it did smell nice. Easy highway access, a few restaurants and a couple of gas stations nearby. The hotel is also just a 40 minute drive to Baltimore, 20 minutes from FedEx Field (which was QUITE convenient), and 30-40 minutes from DC. 100% would stay here again. If you're in the area and need a hotel, book here.

That I couldn't see my rental car from my room; I get a little paranoid as I usually travel alone and had a rental. There were no real side doors on the highway side of the hotel, so the car had to be parked in front of the entrance. My car was safe, so I'm not sure there was anything I didn't like!

The breakfast was good value, and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is located less than a mile away from a bunch of restaurants and a variety of stores. We found this hotel last minute after reading horror reviews on the hotel we were originally booked for. The moral of the story is read reviews and spend the extra money to get a better room!

We had one issue with our door to the room. The mechanism that you insert the key card into needed to be reprogrammed and wouldn’t let us in. The staff however was extremely helpful and fixed the issue ASAP.

Location was great as was the Breakfast Buffet. We had several drinks at the bar with a few appetizers. The female bartender was fabulous and attention to detail. Appetizers was very tasty as was the Bluemoon Draft Beers. However, we feel the red wine was not up to par… Maybe sitting on the bar shelf opened for a long period. Just our opinion.! We would come again in 2026 for our grandsons graduation and commission at USNA. We attended our granddaughters graduation and commission on Saturday, 26 May. The drive to USNA was wonderful with a short 15 minute drive. Not bad for Memorial Day weekend with traffic in route 50 to the beaches. Life was good.. So blessed!!!!

As the current times provide many challenges in the hospitality industry, this Comfort Inn location met and exceeded those challenges. I felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. Each member of the staff was wonderful, professional, friendly and ready to respond to any question or any need. Parking, location, ease of access to enter and exit the property were all great. The room was great and, so too, the comfort of the bed. Good room lighting. Plenty of space in the closet and dresser drawers. The desk was the right size with good lighting and a handy outlet plug.

The only challenge was the refrigerator. There was no signage to indicate that the fridge required contents inside to initiate the colder temperature. The front desk staff was able to provide that understanding to me. A sign on the fridge door would have been helpful. The energy savings feature makes sense, but there was no indicator.

Right off from the beginning the staff was nothing but cordial and very welcoming! They made check it and our two day stay a breeze!

The only downside was we were looking forward to trying their bar and restaurant but it has very limited hours and isn't open on Sundays. The location kind of makes up for this as there are plenty of dining options available locally.

The room was much larger than I had expected, and the bed is super comfortable! Two huge windows, plenty of space, large mirrors - everything was just great. The front desk staff were all really nice and helpful. And the breakfast was so yummy- I love it when hotels have the make yourself waffles station! Also plenty of parking every day. Ended up extending my stay because I was so comfortable and it was a great value.

It's a little far from DC but it worked for what I needed!

Devonte, Denise, Robert, the bartender and the other lady whose name I don't remember in the restaurant were GREAT. They were welcoming, helpful, and just great customer service. We also liked that we were able to see the fireworks after the Bowie Baysox game from our window. This is our go-to hotel whenever we're in the area.

The only thing we didn't like was the smell of the room. It was humid and constantly raining so that was probably it. Not a biggie because we weren't really in our room for long periods of time. Haven't had that problem before when staying here.

COVID has really hit hotels when it comes to quality and service. While many times the reasons behind the room being a tad dirty, or for staff to be missing and unavailable are understandable, we have stayed at many location where they clearly were just not willing to put in the extra effort to make our stay perfect. The Comfort Inn Conference Center Bowie was absolutely amazing. The rooms, hallways, stairs and surrounding parking lot were clean. The staff went out of their way to help. The bed and pillows were comfy. And we can go on... We stayed there on our way down (for a family trip), and made sure to use them again on our return. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay was very comfortable! The location of the hotel is great and check in went smoothly. Staff was friendly and helpful! We booked 2 rooms and both were very clean. My teenagers enjoyed the breakfast and the weight room. Overall, I’d stay here again if in the area.

The only thing that could use a refresh were the couches; the fabric was worn. Also, the televisions are not “smart”, so streaming services are not an option.

Breakfast was hot and a lot of variety! Meat was cooked to perfection! Evening clerk at checkin had alot of personality made everyone feel welcome checking in. Even tho he was picking at COWBOY fans lol

They had several negative signs up about taking food out of the dining area. When traveling alone I prefer to make a plate and go back to my room. They had signs up stating they would (review cameras) & ban you from renting again if you do so? REALLY?
