I asked the manager if you had a microwave in the lobby. He said yes and when I arrived I found out he put me in a room that had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. He was more than accommodating and went the extra mile without being told. My room was newly remodeled and check in and out was very quick. You can't beat the location three minutes from the beltway. This property is the best and there is no doubts about it.

Room was good and cold. Sleep well. Glad manager changed our room. Minus the roaches.
When I arrived. I was suppose to have 2 beds. The woman wanted to give a room with one bed. She gave me one key for two people. Got to the room, no refrigerator. The phone in the room didn't work.There was no lights on near the stairwells or elevator. A manager gave us a new room and he turned on the lights by the elevators and stairwells. That morning we did notice a few roaches.
