Oakwood Hotel & Residence Sriracha - SHA Extra Plus

Amazing hotel! Hotel staff were all so welcoming and friendly. Very clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of items to eat. The honey was so beautiful and fresh, I've never seen anything like it. A lady called AM who is the restaurant manager was so lovely and friendly. The room was a great size, two big single beds, kitchen area, large bathroom with walk-in shower and a balcony overlooking the city. Great view from the infinity pool and the view from the rooftop bar was outstanding! They have a karaoke bar, a golf station and also a gym. Close to a shopping mall and a nice food market. The price was perfect for our stay. Overall a great experience and would love to visit again.

Only downfall was you can't take bottled water to the pool area and have to buy it from the snack bar. You'd think bottled water would be acceptable.

Absolutely stunning view with the Seaview Suite and the location is beyond expectation - halfway between Pattaya and Bangkok, means that it's a short travel (1hr) from airport and yet still close to all the attractions (45min to Pattaya), and... without all the crazy night life/bar scenes around. A true hidden gem for those who look hard! Not to mention, it has 7-11 convenience store and a decent super market at its doorsteps, plus washing machine in room .... really....one cannot ask for more if on a family vacation with young kids. Oh, did I forget to mention the service.... it's just beyond this world, one of the most amazing and friendly crews I've met throughout my travels so far (and trust me, I've traveled a lot!)

Nothing really, but if I really have to point out one - the breakfast is good, but it's kind of the same stuff everyday and for travellers like me who stayed for more than 4 nights, I'm just a little bit tired on the last day (but again, this is not something to complain really...the breakfast itself is decent)

The view! 😍 And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The rooms were very comfortable and I would definitely stay again. Pool area quaint but cute.

A little wear and tear showing like stains on the sofa and lamp shades, a riggidy floor lamp with a lose bulb, and the bathroom grout aging. Wouldn't refrain from staying again, though. For some reason also I didn't get warm water in the bath or shower at any time but luckily Thailand doesn't offer icing cold water anyway so wasn't a big problem.

Spotlessly clean; good facilities, especially the swimming pool. EXTENSIVE breakfast selection including Japanese, Indian, Thai and European dishes; very comfortable bed. Central location on Sri Racha coast.

A little impersonal because it functions as longer term let rooms/apartments as well as a hotel. The sky bar was very expensive (even by western standards) and music loud.

The location is perfect especially if traveling with children. It's just across big public park with playgrounds and gyms, close to Robinson shopping mall and numerous restaurants. The hotel also has kids play room and small cosy pool. Staff is very helpful and caring. The room had everything we needed and beautiful view. We would definitely like to come back.

Good breakfast and the hotel is located near by my work place. So, it's easy to take taxi/Grab car to go for working. Also, the room is very clean and nice with ocean view.

Some staff is needed to improve. Because as I informed him to add my detail on the billing/receipt for the company name, company address and company tax ID, but he does not care and didn't take any action.

Perfect location in Sriracha. Breakfast in Treat Restaurant is really spread out with many food choices. The pool is a delight as is the onsen. Atara Sky Bar has a phenomenal view of this town and the Gulf of Thailand. Fine food and drinks at happy hour. Don't think you can do much better at this price in Sriracha.

The facilities are great.

Nothing major, just a little confusion when we were trying to access the lobby through other entrances above L Level. They were all locked (assumed that the hotel reserve for a single entrance through the Ground floor only). Some sign for entrance closed would be great.

Good location and a great view. You will see the sea from the room's balcony. There are sauna and onsen services and they are included! How nice isnt it?

There was a roach, a big one, crawling out from the kitchen counter. We were about toleave the place and it didnt fly. So, it is fine by us.

Comfy beds and good sized room. We were given free upgrade. Location is convenient- next to a supermarket and drug store.

We booked 4 rooms and they were all on separate floors! This was very inconvenient for families travelling togetherness. Breakfast on the top floor had a limited range than on the ground floor.
