Very clean and comfortable.

The location is too far from the amusement parks, this place is only suitable for the elderly who come to relax

beautiful place with really spacious room, amazing view from the balcony and comfortable bed and furniture. great selection of pools to swim in and a nice pool bar.

some parts of the room were a bit dirty particularly behind the bed or on the sides of the walls. often the staff would close restaurants and bars early if there weren’t many customers, I guess that’s a Thai custom but would’ve been nice to be able to get drinks by the pool a bit later in the evenings!

The room was fantastic and much larger than expected, excellent air conditioning. The three pools were great. Great time of the year to be there. Very quiet except on weekends. Staff very good and attentive. The Temple of truth a few hundred metres away is a must visit.

The beach needs some work and the ocean water there was warm. Maybe different at other times of the year. But Phuket ocean water much more refreshing.

Location, privacy, ambience and courteous staff

Slightly old look of the rooms. Limited food choice in the only restaurant. No vegetarian options available.Second restaurant is closed for maintenace.

Nice big rooms, very comfortable bed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful everywhere. Very good breakfast, lots of western choices. So many swimming pools and located right on the beach. Mini playground on the beach for children too.

It is a shame that there are no shops in walking distance or any other restaurants. The main restaurant at the hotel for dinner is expensive for simple Thai food.

It was perfect , while we were there they definitely had a problem with their I WiFi , which they didn’t actually mention . The food was great , service great, it’s nice and what you pay for … not luxurious , but lovely on the beach

Beachfront view was very impressive. Room was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom was spacious.

The hotel was quite dated, less maintenanced as it was from my recent trip before COVID. The pool was not suitable for swimming.

All staffs and I mean every each one staffs I came in contact with was very very nice. That's why I still gave this hotel 10 points overall. The kind hearted staffs made all the difference. The sea view from room is very good. It's the only hotel with pool access and sea view at the same room.

Room is very old. Bathroom has molds on tiles. Lots of mosquitoes. AC iced over and became very hot in the middle of the night. Woke up at 03.00 because I sweat so much and couldn't sleep again. The hotel building is very dark and scary. The bedding sheets and covers smell musty.
