Grande Centre Point Pattaya

The property was in a great location with the shopping centre attached . facility was very clean .

unfortunately I had $250 au dollars stolen from my purse on the one occasion I forgot to take it with me , the staff looked into this as the only person that entered the room was the cleaner but I guess without proof they need to take their word. the second bed was 2 cushions placed together on the floor this is what they call a sofa lounge . I did ask for them to provide at least a single mattress for my daughter as the cushions will seperate while she slept and it was uncomfortable for her . I did pay for the third person .

The hotel is just perfect. There is not a single thing that I can complain about. The staff were really helpful and kind. Room was super clean, it was cleaned everyday and all the shower gel and soaps were refilled. Room was big and well equipped. The hotel had an entrance into a shopping mall, which was very convenient, specially for eating meals because the shopping mall has lots of nice restaurants. The pool was perfect, water was clean and there were a small water park that we really enjoyed playing at. Breakfast was also perfect. We also used the spa, and although it was nice, I think you can probably find better massages in Thailand with a better price.

Everything was perfect.

The location is great，which close to everywhere you need to go in the Pattaya City. The whole design and environment is amazing，you can see the star light allover the ceil which gives you a relax and comfortable feeling all the time. The breakfast was really nice，various of food from different countries were provided，whichever the country you are coming from，you will always find something that you like on their breakfast table. The swimming area and leisure area was also great. The money is definitely worthy！

The room that we booked for 3 person is kinda small （as the extra bed is a sofabed）if you going to stay for a couple of days over there，you will need to consider the bigger size room.

Breakfast was excellent but a few more vegetarian options should be provided Excellent swimming pool and health club.

Room was poorly decorated. Only bare walls. Expected a seperate seating room in suite but sleeping and sitting were combined in one room only. Restaurant and room service must have more options of vegetarian food as very limited choices available. For guests occupying suites,hotel should have a club to be able to spend some time in same over evening cocktails.

Good facilities and adjacent to Terminal 21 shopping centre, far enough from walking street to miss the seedy elements yet close enough to go there should one want to. Great pool and leisure facilities for children including a foam pool party for kids. Breakfast was excellent with a huge variety of options and location of breakfast restaurant adjacent to pool and recreation area made for quite a pleasant atmosphere.

Booked a deluxe room with a sofa bed for 2 adults and 1 5yr old child specifically for the additional sofa bed. When we asked to get sofa bed ready for child, hotel staff requested an additional 500 Baht per day for sofa bed, even though the sofa bed was already in the room. Rather disappointed with this

The whole resort is kept fantastically well. Maintenance is superb. (and there is what shortens at most hotels in Thailand) The staff (reception, roommaids, concierges, waitresses at breakfast etc.) is extremely helpful and friendly, and for a regular guest (as I am) they really will go the extra mile. Breakfast is second to none...!!

Not really a dislike, but you can't order a glass of wine with your food when you dine at their premises. However, You are allowed to bring the drinks yourself.

Friendly staff. Quick check in and out. Our boy enjoyed the kids' zone, water park, and surrounding area. Terminal 21 is just adjacent. There's an hourbarland and theatre on top of it. Food is available on each floor. So, staying here has some great advantages when you're travelling with kids. Sea beach 800 m away. Neat and clean. Quiet. Sanitiser everywhere. We could see the ocean from the balcony.

I paid my whole stay in advance, but they still took a 2000 baht deposit. Returned though during check out after deducting room service orders.

The location is very convenient to go to terminal 21 for foods and shopping. Room is very clean and comfy. I like that the hotel pays attention to small details such as providing clothespins at the balcony for hanging swim suits and usb ports beside both beds. Breakfast has a large variety of menus. Waterpark has multiple sections and the party foam is so much fun.

For breakfast, I pretty much enjoy everything but I'm a little disappointed on the taste of some Thai dishes such as Pad Kaprao and Fried rice. It must be nicer to make it more authentic.

Hotel very clean, water park facilities excellent. Breakfast & room service selections plentiful & of a good quality. The hotel is also well-located above a luxurious shopping mall, parking is easy too.

Stayed at hotel when fully booked & it felt almost too busy. The rooftop lounge on 32nd floor has bar facilities, but does not serve alcohol (though you can bring your own bottle free of any corkage charge).

the location is really good, you can fo through the shopping mall when you need to buy and eat something. The room is clean and nice as the description. However, the price is a bit high if yoj want a big room but acceptable. All of the staff were nice and the maid too.

They do not serve food after 6 pm. No alcohol at the pool bar at all. its not convenience to buy it from the shopping mar and bring them to the pool. The kid club looks very beautiful but they so not have many toys.
