fantastic room and staff where very helpful

on are last night , the next room was playing loud music at 1 am at 130 we phoned reception and with in 10 min it had stopped 👍

Really nice hotel with spacious comfortable rooms. Note this is in a very local area, a few tasty local places to eat up the road and a night time food market. Seafood restaurants a close walk too.

The pool was so cold it was nearly polar. The view in the photos for this site is not at this hotel, they have a resort on Ko Chang and so its a bit confusing when booking, I didn't realise until I arrived there was 2 different locations.

The staff was very welcoming, friendly, and gave us amazing hospitality. The hotel is highly clean . Our hotel room was amazing. The service from room service, the restaurant was the best. The gym facilities amazing. The sky view from the pool and the bar too beautiful. Immediately when you enter the reception smells good and Amazing. I loved everything about this hotel

Just update the photos on the internet because all pictures look the same because we thought we booked a hotel room room with a bathtub and we only found a shower.

We liked, in no particular order: staff, location, modern room facilities (bed, shower). Great pool/gym. When we first walked into the room, it was a 'wow'! The floor to ceiling window was AMAZING! Your hotel more than met our expectations. And as 'foodies', we loved travelling around the local area with so much food. Too much to experience in our time there.

If very picky, the plastic glass in the room.

The room was cozy and very comfortable. Environment was relaxing which I sleep very well. The aircon temperature is too cold even at 28degC which makes me off the aircon st night. Overall good stay.

good location, room is big and modern.

the room wasnt ready when we arrive. we booked 3 rooms and we arrived at the hotel by 4.30 PM. Luckily we got 2 rooms that are ready and the other room was ready at 6.30PM. the other guests we met were having same trouble. and they are travelling with small kids like us.all we got was voucher for soft drink/coffee. the coffee mug wasnt clean. still coffee mark. the maid must have done the cleaning at the very fast pace…..

The sea view through big window ( wall ) will stun you every time the skyline shading align with the sunset - New and Clean : Thanks to every staff ( especially housekeeper and public area ) to keep the property new and clean as it best shape - Facilities : The ferry is great for your BLOG/ Instagram or make your friend jealous on FB. The spa and others outlet also provided many discount for inhouse guest - Location : Local market is located at the entrance of the property which is really convenience if you are looking for a midnight snack ( by walk ) also the property is located closed by the famous local seafood restaurant/ hut " ป้าแอ๊ด " - Hospitality of staff : it is one of the great moment that remind us how well trained they are to pamper and assist us in order to make the best retreat from big city as much as possible

- If you book superior room, please ask for the refund and book the others Seaview room instead .. at least pay for upgrading ......... If you miss the astounding sea view from the room you booked, shame on you!

The Novotel hotel is met my expectation and I quiet like the front deck service , she proactively let me early check it even if I didntl't make a request.

I think there is an improvement to the housekeeping service which is made me frustrating to the necessarily in the room I dont know what always missing something.

the rooms are large, have a great scenic view of trees, green plantation. yet the rates are so cheap! the bed is firm and comfortable

they don’t clean the rooms very well everyday, they just fix the bed and maybe clean a bit, get the garbage. the toilet in my room was dirty for my entire stay 5 days

We love the view and the room here.

We have been here three times already, and everytime we were not pleased with the service. Most of staffs seem to not have service mind and are not well trained. I would have given 9 out of 10 if the service had been improved. Another point is also deducted for disappointing breakfast. We intentionally chose “room only” for our second and third stays because breakfast is not worth the money at all.
