Citadines Grand Central Sri Racha - SHA Extra Plus

Room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable for my taste. Staff was nice, first contact was security guard who helped me with the motorbike parking at arrival, reception was nice and gave info about hotel-stuff. Location was good, easy access to Sukhumvit and very close to a shopping mall and some kind of transport hub (taxis, busses, tuk-tuks). Didn't have breakfast there, although went to the restaurant for a coffee (buffet seemed to have plenty of choices) but opted to go elsewhere.

There was a pub or something nearby with live music, could see it from my balcony. I stayed during weekend so I was kinda expecting some noises, but during weekdays that might be a nuisance if you stay that side of the hotel.

Good and great variety of Japanese-styled breakfast. Clean and large room. Friendly staff. Swimming pool, fitness and sauna available. Some said it had been noisy during the night but we didn't face this problem. Impressive!

Limited parking lot but the staff was helpful. They tried to manage the limited space. We went out for dinner, retuned to the fully occupied parking lot but it was not a big problem as expected.

The hotel located surrounded by many of local restaurants and walking distance to the Robinson mall. Room was nice and service mined staffs. Japanese style breakfast and varieties of items.

Some day the utilized items in the bathroom was nit fill up by Housekeeping, have got to ask. But overall is OK.

This is a new hotel with pleasant interior fine location and friendly staff. Think after staying 3 months all over Thailand this is the best value I got in some Thailand hotel. AC is good room smell great it is quiet to sleep insulation is good these things are rare to find in Thailand . These are serious people!

Everything at the property was great and exceed my expectation. The reception is service-minded. The property facilities are so great, the pool, gym and sauna. The room is very clean and neat. I am very happy with this hotel. The room size to very perfect for family or a group of friends. Everything in the room are great and really clean.

The breakfast was not varies as I thought but it was ok for a small meal.

The reception staff are very friendly and the housekeeping staff ensure that the rooms and other facilities are maintained and cleaned to a very high standard. I like this hotel.

The breakfast is catering for the mainly Japanese customers that use the facility. I am used to having a knife available to butter toast but only forks and spoons are available.

Clean and comfortable condo style room with nice pantry well equipped with all necessary kitchenware. Comfortable bed and mattress. Efficient check in and check out.

Rooftop swimming pool is a bit small but having jacuzzi and sauna to compensate.

Place is clean, area is quiet and safe, staff are very helpful and friendly

There's nothing much to see as it isn't a touristy spot. Taking a Grab to Pattaya will take 30 mins if you plan to go there.

Reasonably priced. Room was big and clean. Including a small kitchen for cooking.
