Just amazing! Staff, location, cleanliness- all perfect. The rooms on the 4th floor have their own jacuzzi on the big terraces with the partial view on the sea. The brunch is provided till 1 pm with the great selection of ham, eggs, cheese, fruits and vegetables. The swimming pool area is not big but very clean and with very comfortable sun loungers. There is a bus stop 3 minutes walk from the hotel: line A2 to/from the airport (5€) and line A25 to/from Palma (2€) - both distances 20 minutes ride. Please note that you need to pay cash for the tickets. The beach is just 2 minutes from the hotel and again it’s very clean and well maintained. The staff is always helpful, kind and smiling. Thank youuuuu!!!

Everything was great, the staff was absolutely adorable, outgoing and friendly-as were Margharita, Dina and Willi (the best ones) The breakfast was from 8am to 1pm and there were a lot of fruits, drinks and dishes. The location is super-close to the beach, close to the bus stations and you can arrive in no time at any point you are heading to. The bar is 24/7. They are providing beach towels against small deposit, with possibility to exchange them every day with fresh and clean ones. Once you return the towels - they return the deposit amount. They can recommend you restaurants and if you trust their recommendations - you will not regret it.

The location was fantastic, one street away from the beach and the 4 km long walking promenade. The bus stop to the airport and to Palma is only 200m. away. Great all morning buffet breakfast. The hotel's first floor has a Zen vibe to it. Nice shower. English TV channels.

The room was rather small, but made the most of it. A/C not working as the hotel is still on central heating mode for winter. Had to open the patio door to cool the room off as the temp. was 24,5C when we arrived. Slept with the door open and had to use earplugs to block out the outside nose. Also, there is a daily fee to rent the room's safe.

Relaxed, comfortable, clean, friendly hotel. Use of all the facilities, gym, pool, washing machine & availability to use the restaurant facilities with microwave so convenient. Food delivery service available but not used.

In our opinion there is nothing you cannot like......

The room was spacious for a family of three, well-equipped. The only -, there was the missing refrigerator. I highly rate the hotel staff exceptionally positive; everyone was incredibly accommodating and friendly. On the day of our arrival, they provided us with two rooms since they didn't have a large room for us on the first night without an extra charge. There's nothing to complain about regarding the breakfast; there's something for everyone, with a sufficient selection changed daily. The location is excellent, with the beach and public transport within 5 minutes, in a quiet area compared to others. I would like to highlight the approach and behavior of the entire staff immensely. We had absolutely no problems, and during the two weeks, they truly grew on us :). We were extremely satisfied with everything, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.

The only thing I'd like to point out is the morning coffee during breakfast, from the coffee machine. However, this was always compensated by the coffee by the pool at the bar. :)

What we liked most: 1) Our flight was in the early morning and even if Check in starts at 15:00, hotel welcomed us at 9 am and provided the room. 2) I asked if we can join morning breakfast and pay for it, as our breakfast should start next day, but they permitted us to join breakfast without payment. 3) Breakfast was from 8:00 til 13:30 so it great if you can grab some coffee and then have a walk on the seaside and then come and have a breakfast. We’ve booked normal room, everything was okay, but their double bed is two connected single beds. breakfast was good, everything you need, from eggs to beacon, from different breads and jams, sausages and sauces.

As it was winter time, and floor was a bit cold, but you can turn on the heating and it will be okay. for this price, I would say it is very comfortable and good hotel for 2-5 days.

📍 The beds: awful, no movement passes without unpleasant sounds. 📍The beds: twin and easily separable. 📍The tap of the bathtub not working as it is supposed to be. 📍Late check out was impossible, although they kindly provided place for stay and luggage. 📍The bed sheets were not changed. The room was being cleaned each day, but every time the beds were made differently, last 2 days - not properly.

Great location. We had a great room, a little small but perfect for what we needed. The pool area is so good and the unlimited late brunch is just genius.

We arrived before our check-in time, and wanted to leave our bags, but we're given our room instead which was a nice surprise. The breakfast/Brunch has a great selection and all fresh, the rooms clean and tidy. The hotel also allows you to take your takeaways and eat them in the dining area! A great idea. The beach is a few meters away and the area has a huge number of decent restaurant's, not far away is a big German area which is very lively and welcoming even to the English. Rooms could do with a kettle perhaps and maybe double beds rather than single beds.. All staff were brilliant, we will be back 👍

Everything was fine

Good location, quiet close to a bus stop and convenient for travellers without cars. Friendly staffs, quick check in. Breakfast offers till 1PM, nice for slackers 😁

The room seems clean as the bed has been cleaned up every day. But the blanket in our room has a bad smell of the crunchy nest ... can understand the blanket won't be washed frequently, still the smell is too strong to ignore when we get close to the blanket and make me even imagine how the blanket has been pinned under the arms😂
