Hotel Playa Sol

Extremely friendly and caring staff! We absolutely love the approach of the staff and we felt very welcome and important. Location is great. Room was small but cozy and clean. Bar downstairs is amazing, coffee and baked delicious. Great value for money!

Unfortunately was very loud. Drunk Germans were making a lot of noise at night and early morning, it was impossible to sleep. Beds are not comfortable, mattress is very hard and pillows are thin. Bathtub is extremely small. There’s no accessible pilot for air conditioning, you have to ask staff for help with turning this on. Air conditioning is producing a lot of wind and cause it’s near bed, it was very hard to sleep with this on

A\C is not having the remote. If you want change temperature you should call to reception. By yourself, you can't change If you want tv remote you should leave a deposit 10 euro If you want hair drayer you should leave a 10 euro deposit After all (check out) deposit give you back Breakfast normal. No omelet, or beacon or so sausage. Only cold food Reception staff want leave your id for reception for 10 min after he registrate your document (10-15min) then you can get back your document

I like the huge terraze. Was lovely to have a meal there and enjoy fresh air. Good basic breakfast, great location and comfortable beds. Great A/C was lovely cool air. The photo seems a busy road but not noise at all. Great sleep. Definetly coming back for the hotel but hopefully they renew the staff or al least provide with trainning for GDPR and customer service.

Staff should be attentive to check-in a customer. And hold a passport in his pocket to check-in later is out of table. Honestly cant believe every 10 minutes he told us to come back and check in other 5 or 10 minutes to give us back our passports. This is a security and identity issue, passport it should be on customer sight all the time. And the excuse of recepcionist "I am alone" working at the bar and at the recepcion. Same thing with A/C if you dont go to ask for A/C on it just does not work.

Spotlessly clean, large room, lovely friendly staff ,good breakfast , cafe/bar had good prices and atmosphere

Unfortunately sound insulation not great , didn’t bother me but wife didn’t like it.

Friendly staff, beautiful architecture, fully stocked bar downstairs with friendly local customers, big clean rooms and a decent inclusive breakfast buffet that I found exceptional for the price!

Sound does seem to carry throughout the halls rather well.

Great value option, spacious room and breakfast included. Employees were super polite and location convebient. Close to the beach and bus stop.

Air condition is regulated by the staff, you dont get the remote. But they are very happy to turn it on/off whenever you need.

It was perfect for our neads. Clean, warm, good location and nice staff. We only needed one night to take our daughter to see the switching on of the Christmas lights in palma .happy we picked hotel playa sol with a earlier check in than other hotels.

The Hotel overall was spotless,room was clean and bedding changed daily. All Staff where courteous and pleasant.

No English programmes,news etc on t.v in room. No Coffee making facilities either.

Hotel Playa Sol offers great value for money. It is located 5min walk from the beach. There is plenty of shops and eating options around so there is nothing lacking. Rental car company is just around the corner, bus stop is across the street, airport is a 15min taxi ride, so all in all a great property for a great price.

It can get noisy, especially from other guests.
