Wonderful sea view, we were on the fourth floor. We took half board and the food was more than expected. In the evening, you could eat in the restaurant by ordering food from the menu. The staff was very helpful, warm and friendly. Yes, the area is noisy, but it didn't get boring and I was able to walk on the promenade. The hotel is located near the airport. Google map helped guide me to a bus that basically went straight to the front of the hotel. The taxi cost about 23 euros

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant food was ok. We had a top floor family suite, which was superb. The pool is a little small but we had no problem getting sun loungers. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beach opposite is amazing and the water calm and warm, plenty of water sports

Unless you like groups of 18 year old drunk Germans staggering around at 4 in the afternoon, then this resort is not for you. We hired a car and travelled to Valdemossa and Port Soller, which were a welcome respite.

Definitely recommend!!!!! It’s very good place to stay, definitely worth it!!! It’s very good location near supermarket and many good restaurants, bus station only 3-5 minutes and also close to airport around 20 minutes. You also can find shop to rent bicycle or boat or anything you are interested in activities. The sea view room is very amazing, very beautiful and very worth it!!! All staffs are very nice, they’re always friendly to answer all questions, they’re very friendly to help me to prepare my boyfriend’s birthday, it’s really good and unforgettable holiday for us!!! Definitely recommend!!!

The hotel has arranged a private transfer from the airport. That was cosy because we have known in advance the price for the transfer. It was close to the airport (10-15min) and on the beach with a spectacular view from the 5th floor (sea view room). The common areas were very clean. For the child we had a third bed in the room although it was not written anywere. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choices.

I think that the hotel room was somehow modernized (because the construction looked like a 60's building) and they openned up the bathroom: the shower was enclosed in glass on three sides, the bathroom sink was in the room with no door/wall and the toilet was separated from the room only with a glass door not well thightened. So, the smell and the noises from the toilet were also in the room. That was not very pleasant. We asked a room with two small beds (because we didn't know about the third one for the child) and the beds were very "mobile". The beds were not fixed on the floor or from wall in any way.

I loved the minimalist aesthetic as that is how i generally live and need to feel a sense of “home” when away from home.

I didn’t like the noise coming from the youngsters having their beers by the pool side and i didn’t like that i paid a price for one night and got checked in late due to cleaning being behind. I had a long flight and was very tired. I desperately needed a shower and bed to catch up on some sleep but because i had to wait until 4pm-ish to check in I don’t think I got my moneys worth missing an hour/half.

Excellent hotel. Read previously reviews which described the hotel as clean, friendly and excellent value. This were all true. The staff were amazing, and super attentive and friendly. Hotel was clean everywhere, and the rooms were cleaned daily at a high standard. The room cleaners were great. Swimming pool and fitness were very clean. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, just across from the beach and ideal location to stroll around the area. Bus stop is nearby which goes to Palma centre. Really enjoyed my stay there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel staff was very supportive, they allowed early check in and responded to all my requests promptly. The room is small, but is well equipped with everything you may need (comfy bed, quality bed linen, various pillows, mini fridge, balcony, etc). Also, it was really nice to get the beach towels (deposit is required). I was traveling alone and decided not to take a taxi - there is a direct bus from/to the airport, the bus stop is 5 min walk from the hotel.

The guests have to be aware that this is a very busy area of Palma - it becomes quite noisy starting from early afternoon with hen and stag parties, so you may want to request the room which is facing the back yard. I was really happy with my room facing the swimming pool

It is a beautiful place for a vacation, polite and helpfull staff and wonderfull facilities. They were nice to let us use all facilities of the hotel until the last minute even after the check out.

We don't have any negative things to say about this places. Just as sugestions for imprivement we will recomand a smart connection to the TV as a chromecast or a smart tv because there are only a few spanish and german channels. And some bigger chairs in the balcony from my point of view because I'm a tall person and I was geting stuck in them.

The cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Perfect location if you’re holiday is based on going out. Niki at the reception was super kind and friendly.

There was a young lady at the reception who wasn’t very friendly when I politely asked what I was actually paying for (island/tourist tax or something) and she got real cranky with us.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The sea view was amazing. Breakfast was satisfying. Loved the cafe below, no need to go far for food and drinks with a sea view.

The shower and sink was inside the room. The bathroom door was not closing all the way. Some privacy is welcomed, even on honeymoon.
