Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the magnificent Helios Mallorca Hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. This review cannot possibly do justice to the exceptional level of service, the remarkable staff, and the mouthwatering culinary delights that awaited me during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff at Helios Mallorca Hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Their warm and friendly demeanor made me feel right at home, and they were always available to assist with any queries or requests I had. Now, let's talk about the food! The gastronomic experience at Helios Mallorca Hotel was truly a feast for the senses. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start each day, offering a wide array of freshly baked goods, delicious fruits, and a selection of hot and cold options to cater to every palate. What truly left me speechless, however, were the desserts. Oh, those desserts! I can't even begin to describe the sheer perfection of each sweet creation. Every bite was a heavenly indulgence, and I found myself dreaming about them long after my stay. The accommodations themselves were nothing short of exceptional. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. In conclusion, my stay at Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments was an unforgettable experience, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by Maria, Cristina, Guillermo, Cecilia, Salah, Pilar, Xisca, Fatima, Izan, Cristian, Nat, Aina, Aurelie, Marina, Felipe, Leti, and the entire staff. Their dedication and professionalism created a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made me feel like a valued guest. I wholeheartedly recommend Helios Mallorca Hotel & Apartments and can't wait to return for another extraordinary stay.

At first I wasn't really expecting anything above my imagination when I booked the hotel 1 month ago it was just a random book, but when I actually arrived I could say 11/10 above my expectation will stay here again. And actually I don't really want to give too much praise to the hotel since I afraid you will raise price or become too good for me. So maybe 9/10 Incase you get too popular. Service: I was impressed by the professional service from the hotel especially the front desk and I think Felipe and Leticia who send me useful information in bookings. Very assuring. Breakfast: probably the best I have seen in this range of price according to my experience of stay in Rome, Barcelona and other tourist cities, amazing. Room: I was allocated with a room with a view of the swimming pool and a balcony towards the sun I felt very good, quite and comfortable. I have to mention the mattress and the quilt is the best of all the hotels I have stayed. Very comfortable. Others: we only stayed for 1 night and we stored our luggage in the luggage room (you have a special room for luggage and keeps in a cool temperature which is very good) , and could only open by the key I feel very secured.

Everything is good and professional, only 2 minor suggestions: 1. I remember reception told me breakfast start at 7:45 but when I reach there at that time it was already many customers, so the breakfast actually start earlier? 2. It would be better if the room has a kettle to boil hot water just a personal suggestion.

We arrived early and our room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait a few hours but it was okay as the hotel allowed us to use their luggage room to keep our things in whilst we went out. The hotel is around a 2 minute walk from the beachfront, where there are lots of restaurants, shops and bars. All of the facilities were open and clean, the hotel is very modern and must have recently been through a refurbishment as it was very nice indeed, including the room. We were able to use the pool in the spa for free, as well as the outdoor pool. Table tennis and mini golf are basically free to use any time of day, only a 10 euro deposit is required which is returned when you give equipment back. The staff were really friendly and happy to help when we needed it. The hotel is in a brilliant location also, we were able to get into Palma for 2 euros each (single ticket) on the number 25 bus from the stop just behind the hotel. There is also the A1 bus which will take you to and from the airport for 5 euros per person, per way, which was very convenient. We walked to the hotel from the airport which only took 40 minutes, and got the bus from the hotel to the airport which took around 10 minutes so there are options. We had a brilliant time! thankyou

From the moment I arrived the staff were incredible. I missed dinner and they had left a "picnic" for me in my room with a welcoming note. The room was very comfortable, it had everything that was needed and the standard of cleanliness was very high. The food was amazing in quality and quantity and the waiting staff were brilliant in terms of their visible and invisible service, very well trained, helpful and friendly. The location was great, one road back from the beach and across the road from a mini-market. The transfer from the airport was easy and the location was on the whole quite quiet even though it was close to the main road and the flight path. I was really pleased that there were free exercise classes nearly every weekday - a combination of yoga and fitness training - it was sad to me that these classes were not better attended as the trainers were really good and it was a great way to start the day. Check-in and check-out were easy and well-executed - the reception staff were very helpful and thankfully multi-lingual! The pool area was clean and well maintained and there always seemed to be a sunbed even though it was quite busy. There are lots of different sitting areas which meant that you could find a quiet corner when all sunned or peopled out! I had an absolutely amazing stay - I will definitely return. My experience here was far better than the more expensive hotel I moved to after on the seafront. I cannot praise the staff enough - hospitality was refreshingly service and guest orientated. It might have been helpful to have some resort information in the room - I wouldn't have known about the exercise classes if I had not gone in search of a gym! It would also have been great to have coffee making facilities in the room but I believe a kettle was available on request and that all of the condiments could be accessed on the breakfast buffet.

One of the main pros is their employees. Everyone that we’ve met has been polite, welcoming and extremely friendly! They want to to enjoy your stay and they do their job perfectly :) You will have everything that’s been advertised - good location, clean and spacious room, nice pool and awesome breakfast/dinner!

We could hear everything in the rooms next to us. Wifi signal was week and could disconnect from time to time. Also, it was a quest to find a free spot near the outside pool.

A lovely modern hotel in a great location. Just 5mins from the airport on the A2 bus followed by a 2 mins walk (or a 30mins walk from the airport), this hotel is excellent. Lovely outdoor pool as well as a lovely little indoor pool too. Rooms were spacious and modern.. everything you need in there from fridge, safe, reading light etc. Also, just a short walk into Can Pastilla where you can find plenty of bars and restaurants. We stayed for one night on a stop over, but as it was March & not too busy, we were able to check in early at 10am and have our rooms and use the facilities all day. Food & Drinks from the bar were lovely.

Clean, well located, modern hotel, very good breakfast and dinner, spacious room, comfortable bed, big terrace, everything was great. The staff at the reception and in the dining room were very helpful and friendly. It was great to have meals outdoors in the garden area. The hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants and has a very nice vibe. I enjoyed my stay there very much. Also took a yoga class outdoors and had two spa treatments with the fantastic lady from Cuba who has the softest hands and treats one like a queen! :) Thank you very much!

The spa area was too loud as the indoor swimming pool is close-by...

Helios Hotel has excellent staff, very tasty food and is very clean, very cosy and excellent location. The smell in the hotel absolutely gorgeous. Staff were so friendly and with a positive vibe, always smiling, always willing to help you have the perfect experience. Room was so clean, quite big, nice view to the sea and beach. The hotel is in a quiet area. Very close to the beach. The food is excellent. Will be more than happy to return always.

Everything was perfect for us and can't wait to return. Only one thing I would mention: the twin bed: the mattresses were not fixated well on the beds and during sleep kept moving apart creating a space between them.

Clean, modern and in a great location.

People reserving pool beds with towels while they go to the beach all day shouldn’t be allowed. Staff should monitor this. So many people came to the pool and had to turn away and leave because there was no room. Very frustrating.

loved my room and the lovely welcome present and handwritten note. Such a lovely touch. Food was very good. Lots of choice. It did scale back a bit in selection/ choice a bit towards the end of my stay (I stayed for 11 nights) but I believe this was because there were fewer guests as this was the beginning of November. The staff were awesome.
