Hotel was beautiful, our room was gorgeous and the bed was so so comfy! The staff were all lovely, very helpful and friendly.

The only small thing was the pool area was very small and there wasn't many loungers, it was very crowded most days we were there with people often waiting to get a seat. I know it's advertised as a mini pool, but it definitely looks bigger in the pictures than it actually is. The hotel is great, but don't expect to spend days relaxing by the pool if you stay here. The gym is also tiny, with minimal equipment. Perfect if you just want a treadmill or bike, but the biggest dumbells they had were 5kg

Absolutely everything was fantastic Great location, we walked from train station. Helpful, friendly staff on reception,concierge & bar. Fransico in the bar not only found us the right wines but gave us lots of advice on where to go. Hotel has very modern chic decor. Our room was very comfortable,lots of little touches like free water, tooth brushes,we tried the pool on the roof one morning for a very energising swim!! The hotel helped us with our onward travel to Granada, booking us into the Vincci hotel there too. can’t wait to go back.

The check in lady when we arrived was exceptional and the experience we had made our trip perfect after a disastrous time at Malaga airport when our return flight to the uk was cancelled leaving us with nowhere to stay As we sat outside the airport terminal we booked two nights at your fabulous hotel and the taxi took us straight there . From the moment we made the booking our expectations were exceeded and your staff at check in made us feel on top of the world when we were feeling at our lowest and we cannot thank you enough for handing such a marvellous check in team they are an absolute credit to your wonderful hotel What history lies beneath was a magical surprise and we loved reading the history of the city wall ruins unearthed . Bathroom products were fantastic - I love Clarins products and our room 223a was everything we could have hoped for and more To arrive during the Feria was the final treat to our two night stay - perfecto - thank you team you’ve been amazing and we will return again for sure

Lovely location and beautiful stylish interior. Beds were so comfy as were the pillows we had the best night sleep. All the staff were amazing on reception all friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. We got upgraded as it was our wedding anniversary and had champagne and cake in our room which was a lovely surprise and we were so grateful. The car valet service was amazing and the little extra touch of putting water in our car for the journey home was lovely.

I felt that the attention to cleanliness could of been a bit better in the room though. The coffee table was not cleaned and had stains all over it and there were hairs in the bathroom on the bath. It’s was a bit tired looking in the bathroom with the grouting and rusty fixtures on the bath so I do feel some things could do with a make over. Overall though we were very happy.

The staff were amazing, especially Paola (hopefully I got that right!) at the front desk. So accommodating and helpful. Everyone was incredibly pleasant and to be honest it made our trip. The room was spectacular. Our bed was gigantic and very comfortable. We had quite a sizable terrace also which was a nice bonus. The shower pressure was excellent and everything in the room was very clean. The location is excellent, close to the centre so an easy walk anywhere you want to go. Not far from the train station either. We didn't have a proper meal in the hotel but we ordered some food to the lobby when we first arrived and it was delicious.

Can't fault anything about our stay in the hotel.

The hotel was welcoming from the start as we entered a stylish reception, which continued throughout the hotel. The staff were all very nice and helpful and were very happy to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We liked that it felt very boutique hotel and not a chain. The rooms were a good size, drinking water replenished twice daily, a welcoming fruit tray upon arrival and some cute regional cakes upon our departure. We were also upgraded to a balcony room which was lovely. Although in a busy location, it was super quiet so excellent soundproofing.

There were some very minor maintenance issues in the room which caused the shower to dribble over the bath and onto the floor, it looked like this issue had been patched up before but not fully repaired properly.

Staff super friendly and helpful: they offer information about the city, about transport, everything you may need. Always polite and welcoming. Taxi stop right in front in case you have a very early flight; not far away from train station connecting with airport neither. Walking distance to the beach and the historical center. Beautiful decoration, comfortable and wel-equipped rooms (Clarins products in the bathroom!) - you can also see and visit the old historical ruins below the hotel. Excellent restaurant. Absolutly no complain.

-Quality of coffee at breakfast (don't consider nescafe pods quality coffee, the filter coffee could be improved also). -The perfect hotel would have a heated outdoor pool. I couldn't find any information on the pool on the website. There are no towels by the pool, they are all at reception. -You have to book into the gym. Perhaps this is a system left over from Covid policy. -My pina colada cocktail was foamy, not creamy.

Friendly and welcoming reception staff, our room was selected and set up as requested since I mentioned I was 6 months pregnant, we were even allocated a little outside area which was a nice surprise. The breakfast was fabulous, lots of choice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room we had was mostly peaceful, it was situated near the lifts and stairs for my comfort and ease. We loved the interior design of the hotel, really lovely to sit in and the bonus of the historic city wall in the basement that you could get close up to and learn about was a great feature.

The only couple of things were that when you wanted to order something off the menu at breakfast it would sometimes be tricky to attract the attention of a staff member and we prefered using a paper menu instead of the QR code. Because the room was situated for my comfort it did mean you would hear people go past the room at night and sometimes they weren’t respectful so we would be woken up. We found it a shame that the pool wasn’t heated as I have been to Spanish hotels with outside pools at the same time of year that are and found it to be such a lovely bonus and it was something as a pregnant lady I was looking forward to utilising but I did end up sitting up there anhway when the sun was out because it was a great little view and it was nice and quiet.

Location and the room size were perfect. Our room was a nice size and it was very well furnished. The rooftop swimming pool was incredible and just what we needed after a day exploring.

The only thing was not being able to book more than 1hr at a time at the swimming pool but I understand this was to allow all guests the opportunity to use it. I just wish some guests were as considerate as others.
