Soho Boutique Bahía Málaga

Location is perfect! Metro is 5 minute walk, main shopping area and restaurants no more than 15 minute walk. Many rooftop bars to watch the sunset nearby. Room was nice size with more than enough room and included a chair and large window that opened for fresh air. Bathroom was large, spotless and included a rain shower! Very quiet area we faced an alley and there was no noise at all. The only thing and it's minor is that the pillow could have been better not bad just better would have made this place exceptional. Great value, safe area, walkable to everything, easy check-in. Didn't opt for breakfast by choice but looked pretty good, overall great value and very comfortable stay.

Pillows could have been better but that is truthfully a minor thing with me. They weren't bad ... I'm just super picky and prefer a firmer pillow.

The hotel has a very central location. Near main restaurants, train station is 15 min walking distance, so is the malagueta beach. Room was clean and tidy, quite as we requested because we have a toddler. Breakfast was big and very tasty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Javier. We were very happy and we will be back for sure. If you need to requested the shuttle bus from and to the airport they organise it very well even if you have a pram they order a bigger van.

The room was a little bit small especially if you get the cot inside and the pram. The cot was free of charge tho.

I loved the location, so central close to the waterfront and also the Old Town where most of the museums and places of interest are located . The staff very fabulous so helpful and professional. My room was spacious, clean and bed so comfortable. The hotel has a lovely roof terrace which is open Thursday through to Sunday. Unfortunately it was closed for most of the days I was there as I stayed Sunday through to Wednesday!

Nothing, the hote lworked well for me. A balcony would have been perfect!!

The Soho Boutique Bahia Malaga was a Birthday gift and as soon as we had parked the car (very close) we entered the hotel for our check-in. Javier checked us in and directly noticed that it was my birthday, he wished me all the best and gave us an upgrade (very much appreciated) to a suite with a bath to die for 🤣 The bed was extremely comfortable and clean (the bed was huge) and the lounge area very spacious. The welcome was excellent and with a warm smile, directed to our room we quickly settled in and headed straight outside into the city centre. We crossed over in to the centre (which was very close by) and headed for the market where we decided to eat some lunch.

The room was nice, clean and with most of the needed things when you travel. Clean sheets and towels, soap/shampoo containers environment friendly, breakfast good and various, with fresh fruits and cooked dishes. 2 free bottles of water (in tetrapak, no plastic, which is good to me!) + 2 chocolates as welcome candy

I missed the vanity kit and some toilette supply (like cotton sticks, shower cap) The fridge in my room could not be opened as the bed was too close to it. Muesli not fresh, but in small commercial packs

Very good location - close to the centre and the port but in relatively quiet area. Linen, bed and toiletries all excellent. Reception staff and process very efficient. Didn't use the breakfast facilities but worth taking a drink on the roof terrace for the views. Hotel was quiet when were there so getting a decent siesta and a good night's sleep was relatively easy - good black-out curtains help a lot.

Remember that 'boutique' really means small! Not a lot of wardrobe space unless you are travelling light. Not much hope of a cat-swinging competition in the shower (not enough room!) and if you like to sit on the toilet square-on, you'll be disappointed. Overall, has the feel of student halls of residence but more expensive. Also, there are a number of Soho chain hotels in Malaga so make sure you get directions to the correct one.

Location was central in Soho Staff were lovely and roof top bar was a nice addition albeit also a bit tired and could do with some TLC

We were disappointed on arrival to the room. Rooms were noisy you can hear everyone and everything from corridors and lifts even the light under the door from corridor - didn't make for a great night's sleep on the 2 single beds that were pushed together to make a double Rooms are adequate but could do with minor redecoration - scuffed walls etc Coffee machine provided but only 1 coffee pod and 1 decaf pod supplied which seemed silly for 2 people on a 2 night stay.

Great location, the hotel was very clean and the rooms were finished to a great standard. Location is a 15 minute walk to the old town and marina/beach

Lack of an iron in the rooms was a bit disapointing. Air con was not the best which was a struggle when the heat during our stay was 33°c and above.

Great location within a few minutes walk of the old town of Malaga and the port. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice and fresh pastries! Really comfy super king sized bed. Shower was great! Friendly staff.

Hotel felt slightly tired and sadly the roof top terrace and bar was shut which was disappointing as we chose this hotel partly for that reason. Light switches were loose and we were missing wardrobe doors. Would have liked a proper single bed instead of a sofa bed for our teenage daughter. She found it a bit lumpy. Shame as the super king size bed was very comfortable.

Very clean hotel with good breakfast and friendly staff. Room was very comfortable with all facilities. We were also fortunate to have a quiet room. The hotel is also well located for access to tourist highlights. Unusually, in these days, a 12:00 check out time.

There is no atmosphere in the roof top bar which is only open Wednesday to Sunday.
