Small boutique hotel. Excellent location, on the main pedestrian street leading to Constitution Square (3 minutes walk to the cathedral). Despite being a very busy pedestrian area the room was very quiet as the terrace window was soundproofed. Extraordinary friendly and helpful hotel team. The day before arrival they called to inform us that there would be a film festival in Malaga and it might be noisier than usual (in the end there were no problems as, despite the crowds on the promenade, the room was quiet as soon as the terrace door was closed). They helped rent a car with delivery to the hotel door. Excellent English. Greetings to all the afternoon Team, especially Javi. Very good and varied breakfasts in the rooftop restaurant with a great view of the old town. A nice rarity in hotels: drinks and snacks available in the hotel corridor all day . Reference cleanliness in the room, restaurant, lobby.

If you arrive by car or rent a car for a few days, be sure to secure a parking space at the hotel (there are not many), the underground municipal car park, although very close located, is relatively expensive ar €27 per night

Amazing staff! The outstanding service provided by staff made our trip unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest and most welcoming staff we have ever encountered. We’ve been stayed at Park Hyatt or other hotels which offer nice service but superficial. If you are tired of this kind of service you can visit Vincci Larios Diez. I cannot recommend it enough. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were always available to answer any questions I had, offer recommendations on local restaurants and attractions. They also took the time to ask about our day and genuinely seemed to care about our experience in Malaga :)

I wish the floor in the room could be cleaned a little better

Warm welcome and extremely knowledgeable and helpful reception team, it was busy at check in but we were still made to feel very welcome and the team ensured we had all the necessary information needed for a great stay. Lovely breakfast area,even when very busy, great breakfast choice, great rooftop views, especially of the cathedral and bar service throughout the day. Lovely clean room, comfortable bed, great night sleep even though you’re in the heart of the city. Fab bathroom great shower plenty of products. Nice touch to have welcome box of mini pastries and complimentary water. Smooth arrival and departure would definitely stay again

A really minor point, it’s little cramped round the coffee machines at breakfast and water needed refilling quite often. However this is really a minor point. Would be lovely to have a little more seating outside but it’s still an amazing rooftop.

Everything was great - very friendly staff, very clean hotel. Excellent design of both the common areas of the hotel and the Essense rooms. Hotel is in the center of Malaga - it's hard to be even more central than on the main pedestrian street and next to the park :) Also It only takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. Nice terrace at the rooftop. We loved our own terrace, our room, very comfortable mattresses and pillows. It is worth noting that the hotel has an application where you can order breakfast in the room or dry cleaning of your things, report a breakdown of something in the room (we didn’t need it :) etc. It is very convenient. A personal touch in the form of a welcome inscription on the mirror was especially nice.:) Thank you! PS. I also want to mention that during our stay we were staying in the room quite a lot in the mornings and it was sometimes a bit difficult for the staff to find the right moment to clean the room. The idea of arranging a specific cleaning time was just great and worked out in the best possible way. Thanks to the person who suggested this!

Our bedroom no 511 was very small a d as a result had very little hanging / storage space. Despite we were on the essence floor and we had upgraded our room. The essence floor offers 24 hour snacks and drinks in the 5 days we were there we were never lucky enough to have any of these the table was always empty. Our room was located under the restaurant and noise from there was heard in our room from 5am onwards. Most annoying. Would not have room 511 again. Otherwise the hotel is in a fabulous location the restaurant was excellent and the views from the roof top restaurant and were amazing. All in all a fantastic stay.

This is our second stay at this lovely hotel. We chose this hotel again as it is located on the best street in Malaga and because we had such a lovely experience last year. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The room/bathroom was equipped with everything we could need, wifi was strong, aircon was very efficient and bed was super comfortable. Our stay was even better second time around as I felt like we were treated like returning friends. There was a bottle of Cava chilling in an ice bucket and a plate of fruit in our room with a lovely little note attached, welcoming us back! The staff were amazing, from housekeeping, restaurant/bar to reception, and I would like to give Nuria from Guest Experience a special mention as she made our stay extra special, she called me the day before arrival to ask if we had any special requests, such as view from room, particular floor etc or was our trip a special occasion, such as birthday etc. I asked if we could have early check in and she arranged that one of our rooms could be ready for our arrival. This was most appreciated as we could freshen up and get changed to go out for the afternoon.

For balance, I have thought long and hard about this but come up with nothing that I did not like!

very centric location by one of the main streets at Malaga. Helpful and always positive and smiley staff - daily aphorisms at elevator's were nice. Breakfast served at top floor with excellent view over the town - large amount high-quality ingredients available. Room was recently renovated, well equipped with all the necessity services. WiFi was working well (both quality and speed). Many good restaurants / tapas places nearby. Beach / Malagueta at walking distance as well connection to Renfe railway system - Thanks

This was our second stay Vincci Larios Diez within 6 months and again we very treated like special guests – big thanks to Vincci Larios Diez front-desk team to all the hospitality given to us! We got upgraded to spacious 1st floor suite with high-street view – very nice indeed. Our room was spacious, clean with nice design elements and features. WiFi was working well. Breakfast is served at roof top and includes lots variety ingredients – tasty and fresh. If I can score 11, I would like to give it – thx team making our stay memorable – this is our choice when staying at Malaga

The room (Luxe Essence) was absolutely fantastic with a large wrap round balcony overlooking the city. We paid just over £1,000 for three nights with breakfast however it was worth every penny. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the hotel and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. The position of the hotel is excellent, with all of the main city attractions within easy walking distance. A top quality hotel which I would recommend 100%.

For me it is difficult to find any fault with this hotel however by way of constructive criticism, the breakfast area is a little restricted. The quality of the food and the helpfulness of the staff however are not in question.
