The staff were excellent from the moment of check-in to check-out. They were welcoming, efficient, informative and attentive. The room was large and bathroom spacious. The hotel had a pool with sun loungers on the roof-a welcome break after sight seeing in Granada. We also booked breakfast which had an extensive choice of both hot and cold dishes and was an excellent way to start our day The location was within walking distance of the centre of Granada and we arrived via the metro from the main bus station. The Recogidas station was only five minutes walk away from the hotel. Some shops and restaurants nearby but we chose other districts for our evening meal.

The room was extremely clean and a good size . The bathroom was also very clean and a good size. The reception staff were very efficient and helpful. All in all a very nice value for money hotel in a good location.

My large car was to big for the hotel parking. The alternative offered was a public car park just across the road, but that was incredibly small and difficult to access and egress.

The location is quite central but still far enough from the core centre, if one wants more peace and quiet. The breakfast is also simple, but still has enough variety to be able to have different combinations for several days.

Everything was ok, a minor thing is that it can be mildly noisy when people are opening/closing room doors but if you wake up early enough this is not a problem at all

Good location, modern facilities, we have a quiet room, a safe deposit box, great and varied breakfast including hot and cold food, fruit and juices. Nice and friendly personnel, confy beds, good shower, in general good value for the money

Small room, bathroom with no privacy (important if you are not a couple), in a hot day we couldn't make the air conditioning work.. but in general we have a pleasant stay at this hotel and we will return

Staff were very helpful and pointed out that local parking for a Sunday visit would be free rather than paying for entrance to their own hotel carpark. We however opted for the security of the hotel car park which is accessed via a car lift (larger vehicle owners may therefore not be able to use it) and allowed us easily access the vehicle direct from within the hotel during our stay. A comprehensive range of continental and cooked breakfast options were available on a self serve basis as part of our room booking, excellent.

Not being able to book a double bed is not ideal. Our room had twin beds aligned right next to each other despite making a special request for a double at the time of our booking. Not a big issue for a single nights occupancy but seems a little unusual bed combination when arriving from the UK as we are not used to this option.

Lovely, friendly staff at the hotel. Nice welcome. Room was small but clean. Cold water in the fridge was a nice welcome especially as it was a hot day. Hotel kept our luggage in a safe room which was helpful when we went out for the day after checking out.

Bathroom was little out dated but clean. Could do with more lights in the room to make it feel brighter.

Self-service breakfasts are excellent; wide choice of cereals, continental-style cold meats and cheese, and English-style cooked breakfasts. Superb value.

It was very clean and the staff was lovely and attentive. Not too far too walk to the center, some 15 mins. Good free parking around the Parque de las Ciencias (takes you 15 mins to walk to the hotel from there).

You could not control the temperature in the room and as such it was too warm during the nights and very stuffy...Plus you could really hear the neighbours well, it seemed like very poor insulation. The breakfast could be a bit more varied, i.e. add yoghurts and fresh instead of bottled juices.

Nice location as it's close to historical area and at the same time it's not in the middle of all the noise and it's quite at nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable and bathrooms are really modern and nice, and staff are really friendly and helpful

The facilities inside the room such as electric kettle and cups were missing in my idea, as I was expecting to have it in the room (although you could go and take tea and coffee from the cafeteria in reception).

The hotel is located in a calmer area, around 10 min walk from the city center. We also used the hotel parking which was very useful (keep in mind that the car elevator is a bit small so big cars can have troubles). We had a problem with the first room and the reception changed it immediately with no problem. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Also the bathtub was nice to use. We took the buffet breakfast (ordered at the reception for 8e/person for a better rate) and I was positively surprised about the variety and quality as there were some medioca comments online from other guest. Generally I recommend the hotel and would come back.
