Surprisingly big rooms, very well looked after and maintained. Staff were extremely efficient and caring, the attention to detail is embedded in the offer and that truly sets them apart. Breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, in terms of variety and quality of the products. The pool/lounge area has an amazing view and is a perfect, yet exclusive spot to sunbathe and enjoy the beauty of Granada. It is also very well located and a walk from the city centre. overall the hotel is a very solid option that I would undoubtedly choose again.

The size of the pool; it’s rather small for the size of the hotel, almost like an after thought. The hotel is very well maintained, however it could do with a slight refresh and minor updates. Although it is a ‘congress’ hotel, it’d be nice to find details that would make it a bit more inviting, such as fresh flowers.

Room and bathroom was spacious, clean and comfortable. Jut like you'd expect from a 5 star Hotel. Breakfast choice was good and fresh. Parking cost 10€ paid at reception. Location was good for our needs.

The SPA water circuit was small. The steam room not hot enough. The pool had tiles missing. Some of the SPA showers didnt work properly. Water had strong smell of chlorine. It was difficult to book a massage. got offered one for an hour earlier than planned 25mins before we could have it and decided to cancel after many phone calls back and forth. (literally had to chase down the appointment over 2 days). Communication could be better.

Room was large and well furnished, the bathroom was roomy too and good quality. Four lifts were excellent to get to the 9th floor and down at busy times. Breakfast was excellent with a very wide choice and the outdoor eating area with the fruit trees is lovely.

There are many things to like but because of he Covid 19 precautions they were not all available. Like the restaurants were closed.

The reception people were very helpful and made their best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The room had a good size for a hotel. The big cupboard makes luggage not an issue for stays of several days. Breakfast was buffet-like and worth the additional price with natural orange juice and on demand omelettes or pancakes. Bed was comfortable. The possibility to sunbath at the terrace (sixth floor).

During non-working days, the direct view from the room (10th floor) to a loud-music terrace could make unpleasant to stay at the room during the day. Fortunately the music was stopped at night so it was not a problem to sleep. The separation between the two mattresses might be an inconvenient for some people.

Breakfast was incredible, such a great selection. The room was very spacious with a beautiful large bed and it's a real bonus to have a gym and pool (the gym is small but better than nothing!).

The air con didn't make the room that cool at night and it's about 20-25 min walk to the old town but these things didn't bother me and I still had a great stay!

It was extremely comfortable and the staff were fantastic.

It is outside of the city but in good weather the walk along the river is lovely. I thought the breakfast feast was absolutely amazing - the choice I can honestly say is the best but sadly the vegetables on offer (courgette and sweet potato) were completely under cooked and the breakfast was cold. The toasters need replacing! They were about as much use as a chocolate fire guard! What a shame, because a lot of effort has gone into this breakfast banquet.

Bedding lovely soft and clean Curtains total black out so fantastic. Good location with everything so easily accessible. Centre is only a 10 minutes walk and Alhambra a further 25 minutes walk so very convenient as save on parking issues which is a nightmare in the city or anywhere close to it or Alhambra.

Parking daily charge £15 Pool - charge of £35 per hour for 2 guests which we were not NOT informed at time of booking.

Good location. Great, friendly and professional staff, fab breakfast, a clean room with a comfy bed. Good facilities in the room including kettle. Nice outdoor space

Room was a bit tired with lampshades hanging off the wall. No plug in the bath. Would have been nice to have bath robes and possibly charging points Pool was a lot smaller than in photos

Great staff, large and clean rooms.

Breakfast was better in the past. The new omelette station doesn't allow to cook authentic Andalusian sunnyside fried eggs with "puntillas". Please recover this ! Also assortment of fresh fruit for breakfast is more limited that in the past. I visit this hotel almost every month for business reasons.
