Fantastic central location. Easy walking distance to all the sights of Granada and easy access to restaurants, cafes, helados (must check out heladeria los Italianos). Hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. The location is also just off the beaten path, while still maintaining its very central location. The main door is on a pedestrian only side street (the entire are surrounding the hotel is completely pedestrian friendly). The rooftop patio has tremendous views of the city and a fabulous place to read or hang out. Note, there is no parking at the hotel. You must park at one of the public lots and register your car with the front desk. We parked our car at "Parking Victoria," which was a very short walk to the hotel. We have stayed at other "Room Mate Hotels" and this hotel did not disappoint. Highly recommended for value, location and amenities.

Excellent location, superclean rooms - chose the Delux though, very comfortable beds. Nice little touch by the staff of leaving a small bottle of red wine and water in the room.

Although parking was not promised int he public car parks recommended, none of them were available at all, had to park almost a mile away - hotel is in pedestrian area!. We also requested a double bed months in advance, upon arrival it was not available. Reception staff were not at all apologetic or particulalry helpful - in fact they were dismissive and rude - they definitely need training how to manage complaints.

Best room that we had in our Spain trip. Situated right in the center of the old town. Convenient place to eat and shop. Professional 24 hour front desk staff. We had to leave at 6am on our last day and would not be able to catch our breakfast. The hotel packed a mini sandwich box with yogurt, banana and water for us. Daily change of towels and cleaning of room. WiFi was working at its best! Nice balcony in the room but could be noisy for light sleeper. On our first night, we didn’t notice the-very-advanced-looking heater located at the top of the door in the bathroom. But after we figured out how to use it, the whole place is just PERFECT!

Beautiful room, large, comfortable bed with nice, soft sheets. The personal was nice and friendly. We loved the hotel's design. If we do come back I will opt for a room in the back.

We spent 3 nights in here and the first one (a Saturday) was really bad as the noise from the outside kept me awake until 2AM. At check-in I asked about the nicer rooms, willing to pay for an upgrade, and the receptionist gave us this upper level room with a little view of Alhambra. Unfortunately this also cane with a lot of noise. The following nights however it was better and I was able to sleep. The breakfast was terrible, I would not recommend paying extra for it.

Great central location in Granada, comfortable beds and very helpful staff (providing great tips for local restaurants, transport options, etc.). Close to supermarkets, restaurants and shopping areas within the city with really good tapas restaurants close by. Whilst it requires a very short walk to get to the hotel, the staff provided very good directions to help us locate the hotel. They also have a nice little rooftop terrace which guests can access.

Rooms were a bit dated and small (hard to have two suitcases open at once within the room). Remember to use the intercom to gain access to the hotel when you first arrive!

Central location in a fabulous city - close to lots of bars and restaurants Lots of nice touches in the room such as biscuits, shaving gel etc. rooftop terrace was great too - wit the for breakfast or a complimentary coffee/tea in the afternoon or evening. Staff very helpful.

We weren’t able to get a discount on our parking as there were no vouchers available and parking was quite expensive. At times we were disturbed by late night revellers

The staff was very friendly, bed and pillows were super comfortable, all the hotel was perfectly clean. The breakfast was really good and you have access to the terrace with coffee and snacks during the whole day. From the terrace you have an amazing view to Alhambra. Location is very central, but quiet.

The bathroom could have a stronger light and the bedroom could be decorated in a more modern way, but those are just minor things. The hotel is really great and I recommend it 100%.

The location was great, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly, very quiet. The mattress was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on.

We had an issue with the emergency lighting in our room which came on 2/5 nights waking us up - when a bright light comes on at midnight, 2am and 7am it doesn’t help a good nights sleep. It was looked at but not fixed correctly.

The location is perfect. Next to the main street, and hop on hop station right in front of the hotel. The hotel has a 24/7 open terrace, nice to see day and night. The hotel has a whatsapp number, which you can use to ask things.

The breakfast: it was varied, but not as I imagined a 4 star hotel (comparing to a 3 star hotel I was in Barcelona before). There was bread, some tometos and cucumbers, cheeses and hams. Cereals, scarmbeled eggs, coffe and tea. Which is good for all manners, but the staff and the caring less (just at breakfast). Instead of constantly monitoring, things run out and you had to ask. I used on the first day the whatsapp letting them know that there are no eggs, in 10 minutes 3 personal arrived. However, they should always be there, cleaning and watching. Also, no option for boiled egg, only scrammbeled.

The hotel was in a perfect location. Room was great, staff very helpful.

Our booking did not include breakfast. We were hoping to be able to book breakfast when we arrived. However we were unable to do so as it was fully booked. If I had know this was likely I would have phoned the hotel at the time of booking and booked breakfast. It should be made clear on the booking.com app that this could happen. The receptionist apologised profusely and did find us a spot on our last morning.
