Perfect location for exploring old Grenada! Beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff.

Not Anacapri’s fault but be aware that driving in the old city is tricky and GPS is not always reliable. Bus and taxi lanes to be avoided as well. Once we found the hotel, the parking provided was easy to access and reasonably priced.

Convenience to restaurants and taxi to Alhambra tour. Cathy, on reception, was exceptionally helpful. Beautiful bathroom and very comfortable room.

Driving to front door was impossible. Many loops round narrow streets. Recommend you telephone to get directions direct to parking at St Augustine, then a short walk.

The Reception staff and room were amazing friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is just incredible if you want to gain a full Granada experience - right in the middle near the Cathedral and close to the Tapas area. A short walk gets you to the Souk and the other way gets you to the Darro walk to easily manage Albaicin. A short bus ride to Alhambra but an easy walk down. Food choices are within a minutes walk... literally! And the bus from the airport and back to the airport is again less than a minute from the hotel door. I dont think there is any need to look for an alternative for a few days stay. I was a bit disappointed that coffee only came from a machine (free and reasonable choice) rather than anything in the room, but the choice of coffee shops around the same block made it be a nonsense criticism. Also, I would have liked the option of a hot breakfast option but there is plenty on the cold buffet to choose from and the facility to toast rolls yourself. Will definitely stay there again if we return to Granada.

The room was comfortable, great bathroom. Breakfast area was very relaxing. Hotel is well located, for all areas. The old town, shops, plenty of nice restaurants too. The staff on reception were exceptional so friendly and helpful. You can ask them anything and they give you so much information, very positive.

The only thing we would say is if you are going by car it's a nightmare to get too. The roads are terrible. Never ever listen to google maps for directions you will be taken the easiest route but it will take you on a taxi road which you will be fined for. If I could ask google to pay the fine if we were to get one I would sure ask them to pay it!!!! Google should have better routes than that, just as easy.

I found this hotel advertised on FB, and I must say it was really wonderful. The position is great, right in the centre of Granada and close to everything, you have cafés restaurants and bars just on your doorstep, but the street itself is quiet. The room was very clean comfortable and fully accessorised and the bathroom very modern and with a great shower. Bed was comfy too. Staff are super kind and helpful

All was very good. Perhaps the A/C a bit rattly but nothing really to complain about!

The location was fantastic. we could walk to key sights within 15 mins. it was also just by the drop off point for the airport bus so it was very convenient traveling to the Granada airport The room we had was tiny but it serves our purpose well, the shower was hot and strong. The concierge was super helpful upon our arrival, he checked us in smoothly and gave us a good explanation on how to get around Granada and even recommended some nice restaurants. Just beside the hotel is a whole street of nice restaurants too.

Friendly receptionists. Room a bit tight because there are three single beds. Bathroom is good and shower is enjoyable. 2 mins walk to cathedral, 2 mins walk to catch buses C30, C31 to Albaicin, C32 to Alhambra (take the one opposite Restaurant Bongo for a shorter ride) and bus C34 to Sacromonte. Good cafes and restaurants around. Would stay again if returning to Granada.

Nothing, all is nice.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the action but on a side street so there was no noise from the street. The room was nicely updated and decorated. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was a good size with a nice shower. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The walls are paper thin and I could hear every door that was opened or closed on my floor. The sounds almost seemed amplified. I’m not sure what the property could do about this but I needed ear plugs to sleep. Also there were no shelves at all in the bathroom and no space around the sink to set anything down.

Because I was travelling in the mountains I didn’t see the message from the hotel telling me how to get there when I reached the city. The instructions were clear and concise and would have saved me a lot of time and frustration. If you don’t know “the system” in the city you will, as I did, find yourself driving in prohibited bus & taxi lanes, ending up in cul-de-sacs and “no entry” barriers trying to find your hotel. The hotel’s location is excellent; next to Plaza de Santa Ana and the pleasant walk along the river, a couple of hundred meters from the cathedral and main shopping streets, on the edge of the lively bar/restaurant area and the quirky narrow touristy shopping alleys and, if you can get your head round how to get into The Alhambra, it's not too far from the city’s main claim to fame. The hotel is bright and elegant, the receptionist was efficient and helpful with excellent English and I couldn’t in any way find fault with my large, comfortable room or its facilities. Thoroughly recommended in every way.

This hotel is in an excellent position for the meeting points for guided tours, the tourist train, the cathedral etc. It is possible to walk up to Alhambra but it is easy to take a taxi. This costs 5€ and the receptionist will call for a taxi which arrives within minutes. Wifi works well. Hotel spotlessly clean, smart and modern looking. Receptionists speak perfect English and are very helpful.

I was disappointed the cafe wasn’t open either when I arrived or in the evening. The breakfast cost me an extra 11€ - it was OK - pretty standard for European hotel.
