Location.

The view, cause there was no view but a white wall. There was no fridge in the room, so no cold water.

The hotel is very good location. its in the center of Granada. Close to the big square, the famous church , easy to find bus to the Alhambra. And there are many interesting shops along the streets. The room is big and clean and comfortable. The reception, PILAR is so nice and helpful. She is kind, considerate and thoughtful.She explained to me how to take bus, and which kind of bus ,and if take taxi how much will it cost . I feel very enjoyable to stay here.

Our dog was very welcome in the hotel and they didn’t charge extra for him. It was very clean. It was very warm with the AC. There was prepared towels, shower gel and soap in the bathroom.

In the add was saying that we can have a room service and also breakfast, but in the morning they said that the bar and the kitchen are closed for some term. Also it was saying that we will have a mini bar inside the room which water and soft drinks are including in the price of the room, but there was no mini bar at all.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very good location and serves the purpose very well. I would easily stay there again :)

the room was not super clean. there were crumpets around, hair, dust and some small pieces of toilet paper in the toilet. It did not jeopardise our stay, but when you are staying in any hotel you expect more attention to detail and not to find these things around.

Delightful staff. Good beds. Clean bathroom. Great location. Easy walk from Recogidas metro station. Happily recommend to others to stay there if they just want a comfortable cozy space to sleep and gather themselves each day.

The outside wall of our room was extremely thin, so any noises outside easily came through. Luckily the streets were pretty quiet most of the night.

Very good location, walking distance to everywhere. Despite a couple of small negative factors, our room was very nice altogether, great price-quality ratio. And very friendly reception workers!

The hotel offers a private parking spot, but be aware that it is very hard to park in. One needs to reverse drive into a lift from a very narrow street. The lift won’t fit cars longer than ~4.5m. I’d recommend a usual public parking to avoid the stress of parking there 😅 You can adjust the temperature in the room, but floors stayed quite cold (mid-March). Noise from the street is easily heard.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they make you feel at home. I loved the hacienda vibe at the hotel. The location was awesome, you can basically explore everything on foot or by bus. The supermarket next to the hotel was very practical as well.

I would have loved to have had toothpaste in the bathroom. It's just a small detail.

Location, in the very centre, and the guys from the staff: really kind, helpful and smiling. They accomodated all our requests, and overall helped us a lot with indications for all the main monuments and tickets' search. Absolutely amazing.

Beds are not so comfy, rooms do not have a fridge and their walls are quite thin...told this, at night it was very quiet, thus we did not have any issue.

The place was very clean,staff nice,knowledgeable and friendly,perfect position for bar's restaurants, cathedral and in a safe and area Granada is posible my favourite city, the hotel is a good find and will stay there again,train station 15 minutes walk away,

The beds were at a bit basic,and the room small

spacious room and toilet. tv, wifi, air-condition works very well. helpful staffs 24 hr. location easy to get to and get around by bus or walking, yet quiet at night for a good sleep. lift for higher floors. well decorated and maintained. great value.
