Twice Central Guest House

Nice hotel in great location. You can easily walk to town and the property is nicely designed with some good ideas in the rooms (suitcase racks). The bathroom didn't offer much privacy as glass door and the breakfast was good but not great. Load shedding means the AC will be off at times which at 30 degrees can be an issue. The pool was filthy and should be better maintained as no one would get in.

Great location - short walk to bars and restaurants; short drive to vineyards. Stylishly done property. Wendy and Anina were very friendly and helpful - as were all the ladies who served breakfast 🙏🏻

Hanging space for clothes very limited. Possibly OK for an ‘overnighter’ but not so good if staying for few days. NB there were some large drawers available.

Anina and her team were extremely courteous, friendly, helpful and professional in their dealings with us. They were an absolute delight to meet and get to know during our stay. The property was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast each morning was delicious. Moreover, the location in central Stellenbosch is hard to beat.

It was a beautiful and clean place and the fact that guests got their own remote for the big gate made it so easy to come and go as I pleased. This made my stay enjoyable

The front desk lady who was working on April 25th was quite rude to subordinate staff on multiple occasions during my stay. Upon entering the property to check-in she was speaking to them in a rude and stern tone of voice, which I heard on a couple more occasions after that. Once even from inside my room I heard her scolding them on the second floor common area. I also wish I could pick and choose which parts of the breakfast I wanted and that staff had asked how I’d like my eggs cooked.

Overall extremely nice. The room was spacious, well furnished and perfectly kept. The bathroom was spacious, modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast options change daily and are very well cooked. The position is ideal to walk around in the city centre in a safe and relaxed environment.

Nothing. There was a tiny problem with the bathroom window which didn't close properly but it wasn't anything that would change our opinion of the hotel

The property was beautifully decorated, incredibly clean & very cosy. They heated the rooms for us every evening 🙏 The property managers, Anina & Wendy were both very helpful. Good recommendations for restaurants and day trips and they organised a great wine tasting experience. 💯 recommend staying at Twice Central

The managers and staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.. The room was lovely with a very comfortable bed, a balcony and a shower room. Breakfast was absolutely superb, parking on site and excellent WiFi. The location is just a few minutes away from many Stellenbosch bars and restaurants.

Super location, quiet but very close to the centre. Very good breakfast. We had the suite by the pool which was very comfortable.

The (small) pool is set in the middle of the outdoor seating area, looks nice but potentially problematic if you stumble or in the dark

Twice Central is a very charming quaint home away from home. Located a short walk away from the Main Street, it’s perfect location is quiet and yet close enough to walk to the best restaurants and bars in the area. Restaurant suggestions were the best. Breakfast here set the standards for our South Africa trip. Rooms are well appointed and have everything you’ll need. We had a lovely and memorable stay at Twice Central and would recommend it anytime.

We had an awesome stay at Twice Central! The Guesthouse is just amazing. The design is very cool and cozy at the same time, everything is super clean and the staff is super helpful. Furthermore it is located directly next to the city center and all restaurants and vine bars are in short walking distance. we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place when staying in Stellenbosch!
