The food was exceptional. Assistance with same day laundry delivery was very much appreciated. The manager lady who worked the evening shift during our shift really was a super star. She is very efficient and goes the extra mile. She keeps Bellville up and running. Then kudos to the cleaning staff...our room was top notch during our entire stay. Thank you to Town Lodge Bellville for keeping us happy, safe and cosy.

I suggest another system should be put in place to protect the reception staff from guests who do not pay for their bills. Why should accounts be billed against the room? Have the guests pay as thet go.

The hotel is well-priced, very well-kept by the housekeeping staff, and everyone else who worked there was extremely nice and helpful at all hours of the day. They even arranged for someone to walk with me to the nearby convenience store as I wasn't familiar with the area. The breakfast was also delicious and they have a lovely cocktail menu.

There were children playing in my corridor throughout my stay, which made things loud and uncomfortable. I would've hoped the hotel staff would've dealt with the situation without having to be asked as this was near the housekeeping unit so they were aware of the noise. The area is far from all the main attractions in Cape Town so for a 9-night stay I paid an inordinate amount of money for e-hailing services.

Town lodge was absolutely wonderful. My husband came for business so the location was perfect for what he required. I spent most mornings working at the hotel and the staff were so friendly. Every single staff member, from management, cleaning staff and waiters were always so friendly and welcoming. A special thanks to Loretta who always saw to my needs with a smile. We couldn't eat certain food so they would always accommodate us, and they had gluten free options which was wonderful. The food was also really good and hearty. I will definitely be coming back, loved everything here.

The views and the vibes. It’s kempt; the place runs like a well oiled machine and that’s priceless. The staff is impeccable, the kitchen is a dream the menus are tailored to fit the taste of any South African I’m talking pap to pickled fish tailored it’s everything your body needs. The pool is awesome and always inviting the whole place is just all the things you want but cost efficient

Very clean, neat and decent rooms. Everything worked. The location was central to the areas we wanted to visit.

For the duration of my stay of 7 days, I had to produce and scan my ID at the security boom every single day. A suggestion would be to improve this system so that your vehicle and registration number is logged in for the duration of your stay. That could be easier on guests.

Our flight from Cape Town to Newark New Jersey was cancelled at the last minute and we were desperate to find a room. We were fortunate to find the Town Bellville Lodge. The woman at the reception desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was just what we needed. Everything was clean and overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

The staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was immaculate and very nicely situated. The service we received from staff JaCee, Saneliso and Sesethu were outstanding and we will definitely be returning for another stay in a few months time.

We arrived before check in as we came from Johannesburg and running to go to table mountain so we asked at the reception just to go inside an emty room to change not to leave bags they said we go to the toilet to change i refused to do that so i was not happy up until i complain then helped

Did not have any problems... Was just concerned that one of the staff/managers Amy? called me earlier in the day before check-in to ask about my ID number over the telephone, said the reason for this so that the check in procedure would be quicker, but i was uncomfortable to provide personal information over the phone,,,,,I had stayed at the hotel before so provided this info as I was sure that the hotel had my ID number from my previous stay....

Friendly staff, very affordable in-house meal options. The buffalo wings with peri peri fries was enjoyable and took advantage of the option to eat in my room. The AC was out to good use and after weeks in the African heat, I had a good night's sleep in the cool room.
