Great location. Room was large and comfortable, as was the bathroom. Excellent view from the room. Food was excellent and staff was friendly. It is lovely to be in a place where you can see the city but be removed from the hustle and bustle and experience peace and quiet.

The bed, although large, wasn't all that comfortable. The curtains didn't close properly, something one would not expect to find at a 5 star establishment. Housekeeping is obviously not their highest priority - we found an opened bottle of water in the fridge and had to ask for tea - there was one measly tea bag in the room. The food and drink, although excellent, is quite expensive - and the price listed on the digital menu isn't necessarily what you are charged, something that I really see as a black mark. Although the staff at reception and the waiters wore their masks, the same can't be said for the rest of the staff - yes, it is uncomfortable, but in SA you are still required to wear a mask indoors.

The setting of this place is absolutely breathtaking, offering stunning scenery that captivates you from the moment you arrive. The staff here are exceptional - friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. Service is prompt and efficient, contributing to the overall lively and welcoming atmosphere that pervades the place. A special mention must go to the SPA - it was a rejuvenating experience. The full body massage I received was expertly done, leaving me feeling thoroughly refreshed and relaxed

1): When I got there my room was not ready, and I called an hour before advising that I am on my way. I had to wait in the restaurant while they are preparing. 2): The toilet floor was not very clean; I believe it could've mopped and swept. Hygiene's 3) I ordered the Platter for R700, On the catalogue it says it comes with Biscuits and Chocolates, there was not included I only got fruit platter, R200 roses & Sherry for R700. Not acceptable heh, please make sure it doesn't happen to any your clients.

The service is excellent and all the star give five star treatment. They are friendly and extremely helpful and accommodating. Special mention goes out to Didi, William and Porcia whom I dealt with a lot.

There was no coffee in my room. No coffee sachets or pods and yet there was plenty of tea. For a coffee lover this was rather disappointing as I had to call reception to arrange coffee for me. Nonetheless this was sorted eventually.

The rooms are very spacious and have everything one needs. The restaurant is exceptional and the staff, particularly William the restaurant manager and Godfrey the waiter need mention, they are fantastic ambassadors for your brands.

If there is one critique, it is that the room doors toward the lobby do not seal well, and there can be alot of noise from the lobby that sounds like it is inside your room, both late at night and early in the morning.

WiFi and Room service number was under maintenance after being struck by lightning which can be forgivin but was a bit frustrating. Breakfast was amazing and so was the food delivered to the room however I think they need to find a balance between price and portion size. Sometimes there is just too much food really excessive portions other times just enough but too expensive for what you getting. I would highly recommend the venue to anyone including corporate clients

Loved everything and Nanah made me feel like i was the only guest. When i got to the hotel everything was on point as agreed. The room was my highlight.

.The waiter who was serving us dinner who later came to our room for me to sign the bill. After signing the bill i ordered juice for my wife, he left and never returned.. Cant remember his name.

Everything...Morris took extra care of me and made my solo outing a smooth blessing. Large quantities of delicious foods served at the restaurant; breakfast and dinner 👌👌 Beautiful view, quiet place with soft music, everything was clean and ready for use. They even have a DSTV, which is outstanding. Otherwise it's value for money.

Wished all the balconies could have a chair and table atleast. I called reception to inform cleaning services to come collect their ironing stuff after I finished using the iron; and they never pitched. Wasted an hour waiting for them to come fetch it. The least they could do was to alert me that they will take it back whilst cleaning the room.

The warmness and it was clean

The restaurant staff needs to be more efficient and more hosting . We waited for chicken wings for 1hr our waiter didn't bring us the sauces or water which supposed to be standard. Apart from that everything else was fine . The cleaning staff was so helpful i loved their attitude

Everything, the outside sitting for the restaurant, the big room with a large comfortable bed, the comfy couches and the fact that we had a coffee machine, tea station and welcome drink and 4 bottles of water

Breakfast was supposed tonstartvat 6h30. Preparations were running late and we could not wait since we had a long trip ahead
