I overslept for breakfast, but I enjoyed the lunch meals, The staff were very polite and helpful. As well as being friendly and made you feel comfortable. Rooms were spacious and great showers. I also found that it was particularly quiet and peaceful in the evenings. Especially when you are sleeping. Which is very nice.

I would have to say that the beds are decent but perhaps Iam used to my bed at home. Mainly the pillows I didn't like either one was very big And the other one was a bit to soft, so it would be nice if you managed to get affordable memory foam pillows. Or perhaps from a cost perspective have a few in stock that people could request. Because I know it's not always feasible to outlay new pillows for every room.

All was a state of the art standard. It was quiet and serene. It was comfortable. The linen was quite captivating, pleasing. Curtains were heavy and did not allow sunlight into the facility, very convenient for a morning. Having WiFi was good

There were boom gates leading to the hotel. There was security manning the gate. However it did not feel secure because there was no special criteria of access. You could just tap the button and the boom opened. There was no one asking who you were and some form of identification. In other words, even an intruder could do the same.

Loved how beautiful I thought the room and bathroom was. It was so comfortable and homely and love the view from up at the 4th floor.

I can't say I didnt like it coz it's a holiday and shouldn't think about these hints - only comment I have is the charging points for phone and laptop was on the opposite side of the top of the bed. I also wanted to use my mibox buuut didn't want to remove something that was using the hdmi port just to not ruin the beautiful experience.

The staff at reception were very friendly,the location, the dining area and the hallways were clean and fresh.the bed fresh too.it was just peaceful.

Rooms not having landlines to contact reception,that was not cool as I had to use my cellphone.the room service knocks in too early each morning.was a bit annoying.ordered food on the first night from the hotel restaurant & it took over an hour.was not impressed.& the food was not good at all & was overpriced too for the quality of food I got.

I really enjoyed that you offered a smoking room option as this made the stay even more enjoyable as person didn't have to go up and down to smoke. Rooms always smelt great when returning from work.

Just the 1st night that I arrived as went to restaurant for a meal and the service was not very good. Had to get the menu myself and then call the Waitress when I was finished for the bill.

My complaint is regarding the unchanged bedding, which was dirty after my second night. It's crucial for cleaners to be vigilant, especially when there's visible dirt on the bedding. Considering that we paid the same amount, we expected the room to be as clean and fresh as possible. ☹️ Can we also get moden charging plugs!! Next to the bed.

The floors are absolutely filthy. you need to wear slops when you in your room or your feet will be almost black from walking on the carpets, staff didnt seem to care much. this is also not the first time i have stayed there and this has been like this.

Location is plus and staffs are friendly. I liked the concept of plastic free hotel. However, would suggest, they can offer an empty jug. As new gust will not have any thing with them.

Bathroom door was stuck; later i got it fixed morning. However, these small things can be rectified before guest comes in.

Everything. the staff is absolutely amazing and always helpful. I always ask for extra coffee and milk in the room as i do a lot of work and i am a little bit of a coffee addict and never have they complained.

The iron is attached to the board with this horrible cable. maybe look into another solution for this one

Breakfast was good. However, it's not covered in the cost of room. You have to pay for it separately. The hotel restaurant closes at 10PM & does not have room service. We arrived at the hotel at 10h30 PM & it was not possible to buy food.
