The room was spacious, had fridge for the drinks and snacks, beautiful clean bathroom. It was very quit and peaceful.

Breakfast, they offered same food every day eggs, beacon, tomatoes and beans. Some cereals such as weetbix, corn flakes and muesli and yogurt, but no fruits which would have bean a nice touch. I also think they can introduce more pastries to their menu.

Very decent room. The staff were truly friendly and go beyond on services. Breakfast is just ok and repetitive. So staying beyond 2-3 days, then having it over there is taxing. Security is well-taken care for.

Breakfast is the only aspect was not great. Apart from breakfast availability of foods were not that great. But Uber Eat is allowed till room, which is a good.

Location is good. The hotel is accessible and near amenities. The hotel has alternative power 24/7 in case of power cuts (load shedding). Great staff , very helpful and professional, clean rooms. Value for money. 💰

Hotel could use a renovation and facelift. New carpets new furniture, new paint new curtains etc.

When we first arrived I loved the feel of the boutique ambience, almost of another another era. We had a little incident of inconvenience but Mr .Miles the General Manager fixed it all and with our return to Johannesburg we were welcomed with a city view, words could not describe as it was my first visit to Johannesburg and seeing that view was so breathtaking. Thank you Mr Miles... We love your Hotel and will see you soon!!!!!!Ps thanks for the balconies!!! Smokers friendly on every floor just visit your lounge.....

Decor, friendly staff, atmosphere.

No room service. Restaurant was pathetic with lazy staff who pretend not to know what a a la carte menu is, through passive resistance forcing u to have the buffet. Barman was friendly, but couldn't offer anything special. They advertise their cocktails and when u ask for one, you are told they not making any cocktails.

The room offered a stunning view of the Sandton skyline, especially captivating at night with the city lights. The facilities were clean, the bed comfortable, and it was pleasantly quiet. A delightful stay! :)

I think they could look into getting at least small units of actual fresh milk instead of powdered milk.

Reception staff always accomodating, extremely friendly and very welcoming, especially Elouise. Rooms always neat and spacious. Also very impressed that the DSTV channels have been improved from the last time I was there.

Cleaning staff need to put much more effort in doing the beds, there's absolutely zero effort there. Also the bathroom hairs are a big NO NO. Noise levels too a bit too much sometimes if not controlled.

Really good room with one of the best views of Johannesburg. Outstanding bathroom. Probably one of the best quality-price places I have ever been in Johannesburg (And I have been in more than 25 hotels there). Good breakfast included.

Cold lights and lack of staff

I liked the availability of air conditioning and the room was comfortable and cozy. The directions were straightforward.

I found a pair of earrings under the bed that didn't belong to me, so a little more caution when they clean and a little bit of dust in the air conditioning.

Service, and facilities were excellent. Staff are always amazing.

The room could be cleaner and amenities like coffee and milk could be topped up timeously without the need to call reception.
