It was my second time. Everything was as great as it was the first time. I’m pregnant so they really took care me

My only problem was the one staff lady who was so rude and her attitude towards me was so terrible, I had to book at another place while I was there. She refused to clean my room after she cleaned every other room and came to tell me that she won’t be doing mine because it was after 1pm. I was so hurt because I knew her treatment was because I told the lovely lady at reception that I waited outside for 1 hour because that cleaner had said no one told her about me or my booking the day I arrived. Another guest had to open the gate for me so that I don’t wait on the street. I just didn’t have the energy anymore and just left for the night she worked and stayed at a hotel.

The place is very nice but they should seriously consider having internet service.

I liked how the area is quiet and the staff were really helpful with helping me resolve an issue i had faced at that time. They provided enough towels in the rooms and clean quick which is always a plus.

I wish the power points could be near the bed instead of being on one side and a bit further from the bed and if they could have liquid milk in the room and Ice cubes, it would be useful instead of having to think about buying milk and having to go ask for ice cube( not that the staff minded) but it was a bit inconveniencing.

The staff was extremely friendly, the place is extremely clean, smells fresh all the time. The facility is exactly as on the pictures. Very quiet area and great for relaxation. The views are amazing 😍. Private parking and very safe. Great area and closer to a lot of stores. Beautiful balconies.

They don't have electricity back-up during load shedding.

Lovely and helpful staff. Neat, beautiful and comfortable bedroom with fridge and kettle and enough tea, coffee etc. Beautiful view from the top lounge and balcony . Outside places to sit comfortably. large inviting pool to swim and chill on deckchairs. Exeptionally clean which is fantastic.

That breakfast was not included. Difficult to get into the bath and shower in our bathroom. (As we are over 70 of course)

I liked everything about the venue, from the service we got from check in to check out. The place was super clean and neat. Beautiful too. Lungi was our housekeeper and she was really amazing. It's a place worth visiting more than once. I really wish I could share videos because that is what I took mostly.

There is nothing that I didn't like. We really would have loved to stay longer

I loved the place. It really exceeded my expectations because the quality of the room was amazing along with Sanchia being in the best location being around 10 minutes drive from almost all the best attractions. Really nice and safe area, super friendly and accommodating staff.

When we were there the pool was unavailable due to construction which sucked but these things happened. It was a bit of an eyesore and would have loved compensation for not being able to use the pool because the pool facilities are integrated into the price you pay for the stay. However, this is minor and didn't effect my stay badly.

I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT..THE PEACE THE SAFETY AND THE COMFORT. THE STAFF FRIENDLY EXCELLENT SERVICE. THE CLEANINESS IS 100 PERCENT. PRIVACY WAS NO 1.IT IS A VERY BEAUTIFUL GUEST HOUSE. WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

NEED SOME TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT...LIKE A SOUNDPROOF ROOM TO HAVE MUSIC ..SNOOKER ECT.

The location was good for travel to other parts of Durban and the neighbourhood was very quiet. The owner and staff were amazing and so very helpful in suggesting restaurants etc

The ladies were very friendly and the rooms were amazingly clean. Stunning in all aspects to say the least. It made my stay a memorable one. The lady at the reception was amazing as well. Friendly and patient. Excellent service
