Absolutely perfected service. Dial zero and each time made me shockingly happy. Not just no resistance but immediate snap fingers response to any request. The suite where we stayed is the best room, in the best hotel I've ever stayed at (I'm American and have been to high end hotels in big cities, and Vegas). Never too crowded, absolutely top notch in every way. They even laid out roses in a special way because it was my honeymoon, and brought us a plate of special dessert for that same reason.

Nothing. It could not have been better, was perfect in literally every way.

All the STAFF, everyone is wearing a face mask but you can see in there eyes that they are smiling. From the security who greets and assists you when getting off from your vehicle or finds a parking spot, to the staff who opens the door who welcomes you warmly, Gwen and her colleagues at the front desk being sympathetic, May from the concierge who made an effort contacting CebuPacific about my lost luggage, Mark and his colleagues at the bar whom I had a conversation while I was having a drink. Room service and Housekeeping who gave me what I requested. the lifeguards are friendly. So even from a long and exhausting trip because of delayed flight and lost luggage you surely can have a relaxing stay at the hotel.. 12/19/22 - 12/22/22

Location was just near the airport and therefore pretty convenient, and though far from the city proper, it is still a short cab ride's distance away from a major mall. I had no problems with booking airport pickup/dropoff. The hotel feels modern with its facilities and furnishings. Rooms were spacious enough. Decent breakfast buffet.

My experience personally was okay, but my travel companions with a separate booking for the same time in the same hotel (therefore had different rooms also) had a different and more difficult experience. It would be nice to see consistency in the quality of the experience and not have to feel that we just got lucky. For example, elevators on our side of the hotel worked fine, but the elevators on their side proved temperamental and they've had to ask assistance several times just to get up to their rooms. Airport pickup went smoothly for me, but they had to call hotel repeatedly because their pickup was not available as expected. Though these experiences did not happen to me directly, I still personally observed it and was disappointed for them and it dampened my experience overall.

The hotel is new, love the rooms, ambiance, service and the relaxed atmosphere. Very comfortable bed and pillows. water pressure is strong with biddet. The property, lounge, breakfast restaurant are around the nice pool. They have the Benjarong… my favorite Thai restaurant in Manila. The property is very safe and the staff are very responsive. Lots of parking below the building. Location is near the airport as well as the city.

Fantastic hotel! Very nice room and great facilities. The staff are so friendly and helpfull that i almost felt guilty lol! By far the best hotel i have stayed in so far in the philipines!

There are armed guards protecting the hotel, which is maybe good but also a little intimidating. There is heavy traffic in Davao so going to the malls or museums can take a long time even if the distance is short.

The hotel staff are professional and accommodating. What I like most about the hotel is that it gives me a peaceful, quiet and calm vibes. Even though it is in the city center, it helps my family relax and enjoy a quality sleep.

The food in Madayaw Cafe needs improvement. Food choices is very limited. I was surprise to find that they did not serve any sashimi in their dinner buffet. (Though it was served during my previous stay). It needs a variety of selection from asian and western category. The food taste good though especially their coffee. On the other hand, their pastry section is superb. I love the ube ensaymada and cheese roll. I just hope they really can improve on it.

overall was fine, almost all staff were amazing. Some not so much, for instance requesting a cab from my room in order not to wait. Some staff had no problem with that. Others did not want to to request a cab telling me there were cabs there and I had to spend almost 10 minutes downstairs waiting for a cab.

Internet, besides on vacation I had to do some work remotely and some days could not get the job done. Also, room inside looked dirt, carpet, chair, curtains and couch.

The Location -- The hotel is located near the airport, about 5-10 mins drive (if light traffic). The Rooms -- The beds are super comfortable and super clean! You'll be worry-free with their cleaning process. It also has a balcony, perfect if you want to have a view of the city or just want to dry your clothes (if needed) The Toilet -- It's clean and spacious, the windows can be slightly opened, good for the toilet ventilation. The Staff -- They are super warm, accommodating and helpful! From the guard up to the housekeeper, you'll definitely feel the Filipino Hospitality The price is definitely worth it!

The Food Prep time -- I ordered an ala carte meal, since the room I reserved didn't come with a breakfast. Unfortunately, the food took about 30mins before it was served. While the taste and the food presentation did not disappoint, not to mention that the price is worth it for the food serving, the food prep could be improved.

The Suite room itself is outstanding for me. It was spacious and very cozy.

Comments: -The room was a bit dusty and were very obvious on the blinds beside the tub. -Noticed that there was a card or paper on the bedside table for feedback i guess if I remember correctly but I couldn’t find a pen anywhere to use for writing. -in room breakfast was good. but the utensil set provided was for 1 person only and we were 2 guests inside having 2 ordered meals. I was not able to check before the staff left and i did not bother to ask for another coz it might take time.

As always all of the staff are wonderful. The buffet breakfast, for a foreigner is acceptable but definitely could use improvements. A simple egg cooking station that makes eggs fresh to order would be one such improvement. I have never been able to find hot food during the breakfast. The bacon, every morning, was just sitting in a pan used for storage with no warming burners. If you are fortunate you may catch them right when they are cooking more. The dining room the breakfast is served in is kept warm. The room I booked this time was in the hotel portion and I booked the most expensive one on the site. It was a comfortable size but lacks the amenities that the residence side has. For Davao this is one of the nicest places to stay. Realistically the hotel I would rate at a 3-Star on international level. I have stayed at Dusit Thani hotels in Dubai and Thailand where the facilities are maintained much nicer. The staff however, are 4-5 Star. I will definitely being staying here again.

Better attention to facility maintenance and upkeep.
