The staff are very accommodating and quick in responding to our request. They were also polite duriny our online transactions and made sure we have everything we need. The place is also in the heart of the city but not too busy, traffic-wise, so it's nice area to walk around. We asked if they have a fridge to store some leftover but instead they offered to bring a fridge in the room.

None, really. Maybe if their business goes well they can fix and do a bit of renovation in their place but all in all it was such a pleasant stay.

The bed was very comfortable and spacious for us. The view was also amazing. I think the staff put us in the best view. We never mind the noise from the street. They were not noisy at late night btw. Staff were nice too.

Everything was nice except from the shower. Everytime I checked in a hotel, I'm always excited for the hot shower. It completes the relaxing feeling. However, the shower head seemed loose and didn't "shower" properly. I had to use the tabo/dipper to take a bath. I think providing hangers for clothes would be great too.

This is a really great hotel! The rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very clean and it is quiet for an undisturbed nights sleep. The staff are all very friendly and were accommodating to my needs. I would recommend this hotel for staying in Davao - Everything that you could desire during your stay is easily accessible, with the downtown and Roxa's night market a few minutes walk just around the corner. Good location on Quirino Avenue. Close to Penong's Quirino restaurant and Gaisano Supermarket. Staff friendly and helpful, especially Cathy and Lovely (yes, that's her real name :), who advised me on transportation around the city.

I had to move from room 401, which had a city view but which also came with city traffic noise, to room 405, the furthest away from the road to get a good quiet night's sleep.

the location was very convenient since we had a appointment at davao doctors hospital. it time efficient and walking distance to our destination.

the wifi connection on the upper rooms are somehow weak. maybe they can improved their wifi connection so that guest can enjoy more.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room with a very comfortable hot showers; walking distance to People's Park and public transport right on its doorstep! Great place to stay! I stayed for five nights!

The staff are friendly. The room is okay for its price. Will visit again.

The receiving area may still be improve. The signage needs some highligjting as the other signage is more visible. Parking is a challenge but they advise us prior our arrival which is still good.

I like the smell of the establishment. The use of diffuser has a great impact. It gives the idea that the place is clean and welcoming. Room was big. I had an upgrade.

The aircon was too cold. I have adjusted the temp but it's still cold.

It is budget friendly, the stuff is accommodating, the internet is good , and it is easily on access road.

Just a little upgraded will help the business to grow more by painting walls, changing doors upgrading tv and a water for guest welcome
