The Manor Hotel

The location is very good. It is right at the center of the city. Near to all necessities needed. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. Vehicles are very safe with security during night time.

Water supply on third floor needs a little improvement specially during morning. No storage for durian for pasalubong. No intercom for easy communication with staff.

It's super clean - amoy malinis din. The cr, beds, floor, etc. Super clean. It does look old but well maintained pati AC It's accessible. Near McDonald's, bangkerohan and one ride to Gaisano, Roxas, etc. I love it

Location is very accessible to all (bangkerohan market, Malls, city hall and other attractions. Though the hotel is small and no elevator, it's good enough for it's price. Mostly the staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout to the 2 pretty receptionist Aliah Ang Khrizia. And also to Jam who help me carry my heavy luggage. Thanks a lot Manor Hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

Nothing follows...all is good

The hotel staff contacted me on the day of check-in. They were also courteous and helpful. The room, bathroom and hallways ar clean. The bed is comfortable. The linens are clean. Lighting of room is cozy. There is flowing clean water for bath in hot and cold. Good location at the heart of the downtown. Parking is available for guests, too. I had a good sleep. Will definitely book again. Really a value for money. :)

There is no breakfast in the house. I hope they will serve next time. :)

There was no breakfast, the restaurant was closed, likely still due to the high prevalence of COVID-19 in the Phillipines. Breakfast was easily available close by, McDonald's, 7-11 and also local cafes within minutes walking distance. The room was pretty clean and comfortable enough. The air conditioning was fantastic for making the room cold. Pretty good value for money. We ordered a few takeaways in, no problem. They had security also, which was helpful.

Staff were approachable. The location is in the heart of the city making it accessible to all your needs such restaurants, department stores, malls, and major transport terminal. The room is clean, showers and faucet are all functioning. They have cold and hot shower. The room and toilet are spacious. Airconditioning is working well.

The choices for tv channels..Since they are using ABS CBN tv plus digital box, you only have few choices of channels. Most of the available channels were so boring since it only shows educational shows, product selling shows, sports shows, and religious shows.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room and CR were very clean. Our overall stay was superb! I wish they would open their restaurant so that we will not have to order food from outside.

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. The room was very spacious. Although the hotel was kinda old, the room was okay and was very clean. I appreciate that there is a big mirror, table, and chair inside the room. Drinking water is also available.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is at the heart of the city. It was easy to get around. The aircon and other facilities were not superb but we generally had a comfortable stay for the price. We'd consider staying here again in the future!

The aircon unit in one of the rooms we reserved was noisy and got busted in the middle of the night. But the staff were helpful in moving us to another room. Thank you, Manor Hotel!

The location is at the center of the old city.

The musical band can be heard but it stops b4 12 midnight because of city's ordinance though I dont have problem sleeping in the middle of the noise but it can be a problem to light sleepers.
