Seda Abreeza Hotel

Central location adjacent to the Abreeza Mall. The room was clean - although the hot water could have been hotter! Very pleasant swimming pool with a little suntrap - and not overused when I was there. Staff were very friendly & helpful - my first room was at the end of a corridor & the wifi link awful. The staff moved me to a room near the lifts (& wifi routers?) ... problem solved.

Although breakfast was served until 10am - certain items (pineapple for example ... Yes, local fresh pineapple!!) could run out and then be "unavailable". Also the heat lamps didn't keep food hot - so pancakes were invariably cold. Some of the towels and bath mats were well past their best. Why can't hotels just review this? It'd be so easy to do!

It is infront of a big mall. The room I was given was big for 1 person. The toilet was exceptionally clean. The water pressure in the shower was very strong. The staff are all accomodating and friendly. The food (breakfast) was ok. Im not mad about it.

I suggested to one of the staff that those who handle their emails like the dvo and reservations needs to be reactive to emails. The purpose of those is for correspondence, the emails needs to be answered. I think this great, lovely hotels downfall lies on how good are they with communication. But apart from that, This property is a gem

I loved everything about this hotel and the staff, The location was perfect and walk across the side road and your at the mall, close to the other places we needed to go to. Alvin the doorman was exceptional in his role and so helpful, he needs a wage raise, the girls at the front desk were so helpful in checking in, telling me about what's around and pointing out places of interest. The staff at the restaurant were great, so helpful and smiling all the time which must be hard to do. The buffet food was really nice and a good variety and selection was available. All up, I can't think of one negative comment. Top hotel and I will be staying again for sure. Thanks to all the staff there that made our stay a pleasurable and memorial one as well.

Seda Abreeza is our favorite hotel. We had the opportunity to stay here for the second time and we will definitely come back here again. We used accommodation in a Premier room, which I can really recommend to everyone interested in good quality accommodation. There is a beautiful view of Davao from the top floors. We were pleased with the extension of complementary accessories included in room. We spent our stay with our 2.5-year-old daughter, who slept comfortably with us on a large enough bed. The breakfasts are top notch compared to international hotels and we definitely recommend using them. The service and hotel management work absolutely brilliantly. After checking out, the reception allowed us to store our luggage before our departure to the airport. It could get quite crowded, especially on weekends or holidays. The crowd didn't significantly disrupt my stay, but it did mean that the atmosphere was occasionally less tranquil than I would have preferred.

Staff at Executive lounge is great ( Ruel and his OJT , Mar and Rolex )assist us very well. Freebees at executive lounge is great.

I don't like the personal chiller , The food that we bought ( salad ) spoiled . Better to replace it with personal refrigerator. Also the response on the installation of TV internet is very poor ( Netflix, You tube etc. ) need to follow up 4 times before it fixed . Hotel should have own Netflix account so guest can enjoy the Netflix movies and should be readily available.

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. I really appreciate their surprise bed decor for us. Also, I'd like to commend how accommodating they are to pregnant women. When there was no space in their dining hall for the breakfast buffet, they moved us to their VIP lounge so the pregnant me didn't need to wait at all. The food they serve are all scrumptious too. All their staffs are friendly and polite, I can say that they are all well-trained.

Its a fancy looking hotel situated at the heart of the city. The hotel is literally beside a big shopping centre. Theres also a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was quite big. I didn’t expect to have a King sized massive bed with a scenic view of the city. The staff were simply amazing and attends to your needs immediately. The breakfast buffet that comes with the booking was really good. Love the purple bread with cheese - i believe its called ube pandesal. Will definitely come back.

Cleaning could have been better. I was literally surprised to see dark ?moldy growth on the air-condition vent. Sheets has stain on it as well. I think as a fancy hotel, they shouldn’t keep stained sheets. The sink when i first used it was blocked. They were able to fix it immediately though. There were some part of the dresser and the shower area with ?drip stains and corroded wooden area.

I appreciate the front reception staff and the breakfast crew!! Beyond expectation. I want to thank you all for giving my family a wonderful experience. I am a regular at Seda ( more than 10 check ins) and I am going back as always.

probably need more in house activities for kids and more food choices. I find its replicated every second day and if someone like us that check ins for a week or more- we at times had to go to abreeza for more choices.

I like that they messaged me if I need an airport transport service which I did and they were able to accommodate my request even with the short notice since I arrived late in the evening. The car transport is well communicated and the driver is very nice. Commendable service! Location is just across Abreeza Mall Davao which is convenient for solo work travellers like me.
