Wonderfully comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff. Super location. Kettle in room. Terrace is fab. Easy access from Motorway, but able to be blissfully unaware that the big road is so close. The fattest spiders I've ever seen, in the entrance portico - clearly dedicated employees as they are doing a splendid job of keeping the midges and mosquitoes under control - wonderful to watch them at work on a Summer's evening!

Not sure about the new decor, particularly the heavy pictures balanced on the ledge just above the bed - even the velcro didn't stop Audrey Hepburn from falling on me. Would love to have proper butter at breakfast, rather than the margariney spreadable stuff. Take your own ketchup if you're a travelling Brit and want it with your bacon!

Staff exceptional cordial, polite and attentive with pleasant personalities to staying guests. It makes one feel welcome. A plus for that! Enjoyed the lake and breathtaking vieuws of surrounding landscape. Bike rental available when desired. Drinks and snacks available for relaxation on hotel terras over looking the lake. Great place to stay for a weekend, a few days or an one night stay.

Hotel is a layover resort. It is not geared for longer than a few days stay. Which there was no mentioning of this oversight on their website for international travelers. It not easy to access without transportation. Shower door not closing at all in room#02. Therefore water dripping on bathroom floor. Brought attention to problem at front desk.Shower door was fixed /adjusted. Closing the door worked for 2 days. Then it went back to not closing properly as before. Didn't report the same issue until checking out at frontdesk. Don't have major issues or dislikes with resort itself.

There was no fridge in the room The extra bed was not ready, even though we already communicated and paid it A plastic bag of dog's poop was left in the terrace by the previous guest and was not cleaned by the cleaners Wrong advice from the reception about the accessibility of the beach. She didn't correctly advised that the beach is accessible from the parking of the hotel, and told us you can reach the beach from the outside. So, we moved to the beach parking area with the car for an extra parking charge. The staff need to have sufficient knowledge about the property Very bad smell in the restaurant area during evening Our room (No. 42) had no insect screen.

- not dirty, but it could be cleaner. - the bed/mattress was not straight. We were falling in to gabs/holes - small damages in the room. They can be fixed very quickly so I do not see why it was not done - only one towel hanger in the bathroom. It would be better to have a few more - losing internet connection often

Showers screen was close to toilet, leaving little room to manouvre in/out without a gentle headbut against the glass screen to use toilet. Hairs found on 'clean' sheets indicated bed linnen indicated bed linnen was not stripped and replaced between guests....

Perfect handy location for travelling. A wonderful modern hotel, super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable beds and tastefully furnished room. Everything you need for a comfy nights stay. Outstanding views over the lake and harbour watching the sunset, a little haven just off the motorway. We ate in the restaurant and had a very good, high quality meal which was reasonably priced. We would definitely return and we got it as a last minute bargain deal so what's not to like. Had to smile at the 'women only' parking right outside the hotel, as my sister and I were touring on our motorbikes it was a super handy spot to park!

construction work made it a little hard to find the parking but this is only temporary

View was exceptional, bar was located by the lake that was so great, hotel were entirely clean, staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good enough, pets were welcomed, towels, slippers, coffee, tea, and a small bottle of water were provided complementary.

There were no refrigerator in any of our 2 rooms. But everything else was good. There were constructions at the entrance of the parking (April 2022) but it didn't affect transportation. There were 2 parking places special for women beside the one specific for disabled people, it can be interpreted in different ways.

The hotel is located right by the lake, offering a magnificent view from the restaurant and bar. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The food was excellent, and the cocktails at the bar, accompanied by chilled music from a DJ, provided a perfect way to end our day. Additionally, they provided a lockable shed for our bicycles.

We stayed for one week here to do a roundtrip through holland. Excellent breakfast , excellent dinner and very friendly stuff which was opened for personal wishes. The large free parking , short connection to the motorway , but the peacefull location beside the water make the stay very pleasant. fantastic sunset when you sit outside and enjoy a drink. small and calm petrol station just 200m beside made it perfect for our holland tour….

- Not the hotel's fault but the area is filled with flies and insects of all kinds, which leads to spiders, which leads to spider webs in high amount on the terrasse. Outside cleaning could be done more often. - Restaurant menu was good, but the value for money could be better - Breakfast price is very high
