Entrance appeared a bit clinical and some of the technology could be updated. TV did not have the ability to network even though it gave the option Options for drinks should be more open and ensure at happy hour the bar person remains available - we were wanting drinks but he disappeared, then said happy hour was over dispute us waiting for him (we did get a drink to be fair)

The location was perfect. It was both easy to leave by car in the morning and easy to walk to the town centre in the evening. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The receptionists were all polite and friendly. Check-in was fast.

I prefer to be able to open the bedroom window completely but that is not possible in this type of hotel. It would be nice to have some additional products in the bathroom, such as conditioner, body cream, and cotton wool. I would have liked to be able to connect to Netflix on the television, but that did not appear to be possible.

You can easily reach the city center on foot. The central station is a few minutes' walk from where you can easily get to Amsterdam. The breakfast is very good, you can choose an omelette, scrambled eggs or even American pancakes. Coffee is good.

The bar and restaurant did not work in the evenings. The bar was open for one day due to the lack of waiting staff. The bartender said he was alone and would take 11 days off. Information was missing. Nowhere was it indicated whether the hotel has WIFI, when and until breakfast time. Parking is for a fee - 8.50 euros at each exit

Larger than average room with excellent desk with different sockets and good wifi, perfect for working. I liked that you could open the window and the room was also kept at good temperature with the aircon. Nice shower and clean bathroom. The receptionists were polite.

Mattress was a little soft but this is a personal preference. The soundproofing was not great between my room (601) and the one next door (603) so when they had a party in the room until past midnight on the Monday, I could not sleep. This is due to inconsiderate guests and not the hotel, however, it sounded like there was a hot-tub or similar on the other side of the wall right next the the head of my bed so perhaps not the best planning for a business hotel? Breakfast was a little expensive at 30 euros per person but we chose to not take this option so perhaps it was a super amazing meal!

We received an upgrade at arrival and had quite a big room with all the needed amenities. The beds were excellent. The included breakfast was buffet style, and also had everything we needed.

There is really nothing bad to say about the hotel. It is located at a roundabout with lots of traffic. It is not really in the city center and it doesn't have its own parking, but gives a deducted price on the nextdoor shopping mall's public parking.

Room was very clean and modern. It had a nice unobstructed view of the city. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent - great water pressure and consistent hot water. Very close to the old town area and other amenities. The bus stop was right in front of the hotel and right next door via an interconnecting escalator was multiple stores, food and more.

On one occasion the cleaning crew somehow mixed our toiletries with the room next door. It was quickly resolved and the hotel staff offered us some complementary drinks at the bar to make up for the inconvenience. It was weird - never had that happen before, but was quickly and politely resolved.

Stylish and well maintained hotel with great beds and baths. Friendly staff (some more skilled than others). Very clean and well equipped, and almost soundproof. Breakfast was also good.

No smart TV, no option to use Netflix, Youtube or whatever, streaming from laptop not possible. Also even though the hotel seems to have been recently styled, I found it decidedly gloomy. Lot of dark grey and dark brown, no decoration whatsoever. Smallish window in the room. No daylight in the restaurant.

Location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and staff very good at their jobs, looked like they wanted to be there. Bus stop right outside the main entrance if you need to catch it to the train station.

The queen size bed was two mattresses pushed together instead of one which made the middle uncomfortable.

Great choice of food for breakfast to be able to have it till 11.00 late check at out at 12 was really fantastic.

We ordered a table for 8 for breakfast at the check-in desk, when we turned up for breakfast it had been taken by other people, so we were told. Staff organized 4 separate tables together, but still meant we were all sitting too far apart. Shame, the rest of the experience was good, this let it down for us. My advice for next time, why not put a reserved sign on the table?

great location, close to center of town and train station

pillows and towels in the room are awful. towels are like rags, torn and tattered. no shampoo etc in room and soap dispenser on shower wall did not work. we had to buy everything from the supermarket, hairdryer did not work and did not get replaced in 5 days we were there
