The rooms, the lobby area (nicely decorated for the festive season), relaxed & calm atmosphere, the exterior & gardens of the hotel are classy & inviting, the breakfast selection is very good, the swimming pool is never crowded & always well maintained.

The in-house restaurant isn't good enough & is way over-priced in terms of the portion sizes & quality of the food.Simply not up to the standard you'd expect from a 4 star hotel & the kids food is about par with something you'd get at a cheap snack bar.A real shame as the interior of the restaurant & the new extension are lovely & create a warm cosy atmosphere.The service is quite decent but could be a bit more attentive & gracious, mainly younger & less experienced staff perhaps which shows.We would definitely stay at the hotel but would not eat at the restaurant as there are countless much better restaurants & eateries in Ermelo & Harderwijk.

The rules on food and drinks in the hotel when there aren’t many good restaurants available in the area, and kitchen not open during hours that we were in the hotel. Pool and gym was difficult to find as there were multiple signs on multiple floors without specifying it’s actual location.

Very nice place in Salerno. Modern comfortable appartement, every thing is clean, good beds, modern kitchen, very good airconditioning. 15 minutes of walk from the central station, 10 minutes from the harbour and old centre. The host Noemi was very kind and helpful. You can also rent a boat at the appartement and make a tour around the coast. Salerno is a nice place with a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants. Not as touristic as Sorrento, but this makes it a very interesting place to visit.

would have expected the car parking to be included in the price - seems very petty to have to pay extra for this

Suits are really nice. Spacious and good value for money. The meal system is well organized. You choose from the menu and then come to pick up your order at the requested time. Works well. Food however is very basic. Kind of Dutch canteen food. But it is there. Staff is very very nice and helpful. I think they are really doing their best. Especially in these strange times.

It is advertised as pet friendly place but there is only one type of room where you can stay with pet. We booked suite and then we were told we need to change room to the lowest category room or not bring our pet (a very small dog).

Loved taking a late-night swim and sitting in the hot tub. Everything was easily accessible until late in the evening.

Staff told me to eat in my car as I wasn't allowed to eat food in the room. Wasn't exactly happy with that considering I wasn't told of any sort of rule like that before I came.

the breakfast was too basic for 4 stars and doors of the rooms were extremely loud when closing. every morning we woke up to this sound, which is not very pleasant experience

The place is very beautifull

I didn't like the old furniture, it don't look like in the photo's.And also some dust in the room,not so clean like i expected. And also the photo of the building looks different.

The pool water was way too cold & the pool was the reason i booked this place, so ofcourse i was very dissapointed, also there are swimming class lessons in hotel pool, also not what i was expecting.

The hotel is very nice. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice, very quiet and you can enjoy the silence and nature around it. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable, and we could sleep very well. The wellness & spa centre is very nice and we could enjoy 2hs of relaxation in the sauna, showers, jacuzzi. The hotel is very close to the forest area and you can enjoy going in the woods within 15 minutes walking or car.
