Nice staff, friendly attitude, even in the hotel restaurant, went for couple of drinks - took longer that we are used to, but nothing horrible. Two rooms we had were close together We had a 🐶 with us, we were offered water and everything, there is nice lawn around the hotel and possibility to go on a walk. Free parking

We had two rooms (one double and one twin), we got the cards, went to the rooms but in one of the rooms there was someone already staying in it - we went back to reception and got different room, but makes you wonder how can this happen 😅 Missing fan in bathroom - air conditioning is nice, but after taking shower it takes quite a while to vent it out Kinda expected the rooms would be cleaned in the morning but one of the housekeeping staff surprised us around 6pm - and he was suprised by our dog 😅

Location, just a short run to the Ferry Port at the Hook, easy access via an A road 700m away. The hotel has a large free car park with both Tesla fast chargers and conventional charging points. Our room, although a little dated now, was a good size, clean, with a comfortable double bed. Working air conditioning. The bathroom was well maintained, if a little cramped. Everything functioned as expected. However, there was no hairdryer... We had an evening snack and drink, both excellent and reasonably priced, as was the breakfast buffet, with a mix of continental and hot food. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for at under €60 per night.

This is a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. The hotel offers exactly what you would expect. If you have a car, it is very comfortable and next to a highway. For public transport it is quite far from Utrecht Centraal, but it is very easy to get there with a bus stop a 5 minute walk away (something to consider if traveling in the rain).

The bathroom is quite snug. I would not recommend for people sharing a room.

The breakfast was great. The usual suspects were available at the buffet, such as croissants, sandwich meats and cheeses, eggs, bacon, yoghurt, fruit, etc. The hotel had a very sleek and clean vibe. Looked like it was recently renovated. Coffee and tea in the room. Room service available.

The room was very cold when I checked in. Had to leave the heating on for a good while before it was warm enough. Took a nap right after check in and I was quite cold under the blankets…

Friendly and professional staff. Beautiful and stylish property. Accessible price. We asked for an extra baby-bed in the room and it was already prepared when arriving, we just had to put baby in bed without problems. We only stayed one night. Excellent!

The room was a bit cold when we came in the bedroom bit it’s a detail. Other than that, it was absolutely perfect (staff, location, interior design, services, price). I would recommend the hotel.

Very nice room, spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Supply of free coffee and tea in the room. Good value for money.

We were not able to check in one hour earlier, this had to cost an extra 7,50 euro. Never experienced this before in any hotel. Surroundings are uninspiring, right next to the motorway. We did not care, as we had to visit friends in the evening, so not important for us, but maybe not so nice when you expect something else.

Nice location, easy to reach; due to our activities during the day, only spent the night at the hotel, so can't say much about the facilities, but the venue looks modern and spacious....

Breakfast could do with more varieties, may be due to staff shortage, refill took a long time and tables weren't cleared timely. Bathroom is a bit cramped.

We stayed in this hotel as we were attending a dog show nearby and we were very impressed with the hotel and our room it was really nice ! We arrived late at night as our flights were delayed so it was after 1am we were tired and hungry and the lovely guy from reception called Paul made us 2 pizzas and called us when they were ready , this is exceptional customer service and we were so grateful , so if this could be forwarded to Paul in particular it would be great he was amazing and very helpful !!

Staff were amazing - always going out of their way to help and made sure we had everything needed for a perfect stay. They stored my special juices and gave me gluten free alternatives for breakfast Thank you Daniela. The decor was sublime - very clean cut and zen-like. Hired bike from reception and had lovely day out visiting the castle and going into Utreche for Ice cream and coffee. Thanks Claudia. In

Nice welcome. There was nobody to help for checking in, but the bar offered a free wine to relax and then you order something to eat. Was a great experience together in the charming space.

The window hinges and closing hooks weren't working together in a controlled way. With the rain, we had to close the window and turn on the airco. I prefer to have the window ajar.
