No information sent through on how to access the property, what room we were in, how to access the room. Thankfully someone else was also in the same situation and they managed to get through to the owner and find the information for us. On arrival into the room we found a dead cockroach lying on the floor, stained, filthy bedding and one of us even got bitten by a spider-all within 10 minutes of arrival! The property says you cannot eat in your room but offers no area within the hostel to prepare or eat food. It was so awful we didn’t even stay a night. We immediately booked somewhere else. You can tell the owner doesn’t care about the comfort of his guests and the property feels exceptionally uncared for.

When we arrived, the bed was a mess. Blankets were not in place as if someone was on the bed and did not clean it up. The towel were left on the bed unfold. We arrived and immediately left and made a last minute booking at other place.
