Our 1st time to Kuching...surprised to noticed how near the hotel to waterfront..Room ok..clean and comfort. Muslim restorant just below... Location is superb..👍

Parking area bit confusing...small and construction nearby during our visit.

Room, bedsheet, towels, bathroom all clean. No dust at all, except for some cracks and tiny stains on wall and windows which are understandable since the building seems old. All amenities provided. Small but enough for me. Staff friendly and helpful. Location just 3 minutes walk to the famous Poh Lam Laksa. Opposite has food too and must try the ice cream kiosk selling gula apong ice cream! 10 minutes walk to waterfront, old bazaar, 15 minutes walk to the old court house and carpenter street. Kuching is very walkable except for the hot weather. Grab easily available, easy to find hotel.

My room is by the street so in the morning there's quite some traffic. Also room wall quite thin. I can hear next door sneezing and coughing pretty clearly. My first impression got ruined actually because the first room I checked in was smaller, smelly, kettle and cups have noodles and ants inside, dusty, cracked walls and windows. The dusty dirty floor stained my feet just 1 minute in the room. I was so shocked and requested help from front desk and they suggested a room change and got the nice room after. Not too sure why the front desk was not informed about the dirty room and had me checked in. Also, I think that the hotel prices in the city a bit pricey for the quality, not just this hotel.

clean room, nice lobby and public area, nice shower, hot, good water pressure and the outlet have rain shower and simple pipe option, very useful and convenient, large enough bathroom, good room service, parking got security. wifi dedicated to each room, very efficient and fast internet. clean like new water heater, mug, 3in1 coffee, bottled water. staff all ok, friendly and helpful. comfortable beds, powerful air conditioner.

tv channel some not available, bit boring if at room relaxing. just have to rely on your hp/laptop... power point access at bedside not available. so charging hp have to be do on desk. small standard room, not much space, just for moving around. street view, nothing much.

Very nice place in heart of Kuching. Location is perfect, just next to the new chinatown. Staff is amazing, very kind and friendly, also very helpful. Breakfast is good with broad variety of products. Room is spacious enough, well equipped with kettle, fridge and TV with many international channels. Tip: if you would like to try some local cuisine you should visit super tasty big veggie, 5 min walk from the hotel in new Chinatown

AC was a bit noisy

Staff and even manager was sooo helpful. Definitely will come here again if I ever come to Kuching again after this. Mrs. Lia was helpful. I came with my mum and aunt, first day we were given 3 single bed room with no window and the next day she helped to change room to bigger room with view. Everything was fantastic until our last night, AC broke down and we were given other room which is okay. Supposed to check out at 12pm but again Mrs. Lia helped us with some charges for late check out (6pm) and the extra charge was super cheap. We loveeeee this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. The hotel also very clean with guarded basement parking. Even the guard was very helpful. Love love love..

Stayed for 3 nights for a triple sharing room These are the pros in staying in this hotel 1. Lift facility is available. Easy to bring our luggage to our room. 2. Free wifi 3. Very spacious room for the room price. 4. Comfortable bed 5. Safety box and television are available in the room. 6. Location is good as it takes about 5 minutes walk to waterfront. 7. Slipper is provided to the guest 8. The hostel is very clean and has a spacious common area for guests to rest, read and watch tv. 9. There is extra pillow provided in the wardrobe. 10.Can drop our luggage at the lobby after checked out . 11. There is free coffee and tea for us to make with the kettle facility 12. Staff is friendly and able to assist us when we asked for information to Sarawak Cultural Village

1. The pillow is very soft. I need to fold it to have a better and more comfortable sleep. 2. Although got window, there is no view in our triple room and the window is close to ceiling. 3. Limited tv channels to watch 4. A bit noisy that came from outside of the toilet at night

Politeness of the staff. Room (101) was large, clean, soiled towels replaced each day. Water pressure good. Internet very fast. Did not worry about TV to much, although I did turn it on mainly to see what NEWS station was on. Room was quiet, dispite been next to a main road. Breakfast selection was good along with the dinner. Location is good after getting my orientation in Kuching. Plenty of shops and bar/cafes around. Close to the Waterfront Walk for a evening walk which is a must.

Location, Location, Location. Walking distance to the Waterfront Walk. Shops just across the road, bars around the corner and also walking distance to Carpenter Street (more bars). Staff VERY polite, room clean and pretty quiet. Breakfast has a standard menu which seems to be in most hotels nowadays. Tea (dinner) worth having even if it just the once. Bed comfortable, water pressure shower good. TV with good selection of channels.

All the staff were exceptional , both welcoming and friendly . The situation of the hotel was perfect , close to all the attractions of this beautiful city . Our room was full of light with huge windows , lots of space and choices of seating and a huge king sized bed .The bathroom was also spacious with a fabulous shower and natural light from a window as well . We loved our stay in this beautifully kept hotel , and have booked another week before flying out of Kuching .

Spacious bedroom and toilet, modern and non smoking Hotel. Nearer to walking distance to food shop, malls, banks and a walk to waterfront kuching. We stayed during CNY, and we couldn't hear fireworks from our room.

The receptionist was non-friendly, face reaction changed when I told them I booked under Booking.com where I have a discounts for frequent travelling and staying in Hotels. All clients should be treated equally, and have the courtesy to inquire w/ a friendly manner just don't sit at their corners and let customer do the calling 🤨
