Good location, almost all in walking distance, restaurant everywhere, near supermarket for basic need...
1. Internet down after 11pm, whilst I am still working as my country behind 1hr with Kuching, but it is OK, kind of alarm for me to go to bed. 2. Very noisy in the morning as Cafe nearby prepare to open for breakfast...after several morning then I get use to it

Strategic locations, foods nearby were great and very cosy place to stay with affordable price rates. Love the cleanliness of the inn too. It's near to Lepau restaurant / Telang Usan hotel where you can try the traditional orang ulu cuisine.
Comfy bed and hot showers all in! What's not to like? Keep up the good work, guys! You're doing great so far!

Despite the fact that it is an old premise, the maintenance and cleanliness are superb. It is strategically located in the city centre and there are a lot of eateries within walking distance.
One of the house keepers unlocked my door without knocking first. She should communicate with the front desk and see which room she needs to clean. There is a pub nearby that plays music loudly till midnight. If you are a light sleeper or early sleeper, you should consider this. The room is a bit gloomy, please consider putting white bulb.

Well maintained, value for money, quite a few coffee shops (drinks & food) including one at ground floor that opened around 6am and helpful reception staff.
The aircon was sited right across the headstand of our twin beds. Had to turn down the fan-flow and temperature.
