Silka Maytower Kuala Lumpur

Eventhough it's a old hotel, the room is very clean n spacious. We're staying in Family Room. They provided 2 single beds and 1 big queen size bed, with 1bathroom with bath tub n shower n 1 toilet. The staffs were nice n efficient. The location is walking distance to many shops n mall. Only the lift took long time as they received full house guest that week.

The pool is quite poor maintenance. It was clean. But there's cracked here and there.

The best things is the location of the hotel which is in the main city downtown near shopping areas. It is a good hotel with high value in such cost.

Washrooms are clean and good but need some maintenance in terms of flooring.

Great value for money, comfy room close to the city centre

No sunbeds at the pool. My daughter was told she shouldn't be wearing a bikini as "men could look at her" from someone who said he worked there, no uniform or anything. Made us feel uneasy Had to ask twice for toilet tissue

Customer service welcomed us with a smile. Rizal takes the extra mile to introduce us to the interest of the place in KL.. He even told us where to get good and nice food too👍😀 A good customer service! Keep up your good job Rizal! Will come and stay here again!

Elevator sometimes stop. Hallway was a bit dated, could use some repainting & other improvements

Location in Town. Ample car Park but need to pay each time we drive out. Hotel subsidize the fees.

Lifts badly maintained. 2 out of the 4 lifts out of service for the past 4 months. the other 2 lifts not reliable. I was caught in one of the lift once.

Good location, friendly staff. Good calue of money. Daily making up you room. Gym not new but with a good view. The swimming pool is big ( little but old but cleaned enough). Thank you

Mayb the furniture very old already and no netfix,but the location very strategik.every place very near with the hotel.breakfast is nice.

TV with no netflix and signal..only have.3 channel.but it's ok.just little bit boring.

I like the location n what they provide inside the hotel..

I don't like the look inside the room.. because everything look old n dark

Food was excellent in taste and quality. Variety of items was attractive. All the staff were very helpful and cooperative. Location of the hotel is outstanding.
