This is our second stay at this hotel. The Rooms were still as good as our first stay. The Reception Staff Ms. Sim handling the check-in process was exceptionally very nice and obliging and had our luggage sent to the room while having Lunch at the hotel. The environment at the Roof Top Swimming Pool was excellent and the set up to relax was one of the best in KL although the swimming pool is comparatively small. WiFi was good and no complaint by the children. All other facilities in the room were still in tip top condition. In summary it is a good hotel to stay and worth for repeat stay. Look out for good rate during off season as it could be tempting.

To our opinion the Brunch and Dinner Rate is a bit on the high side and not many guests take the advantage to dine- in. Commercially if the Rate is good guests would prefer to dine-in. A bit exorbitant that drives the customers away and missed the opportunity as not many outlets are opened. The hotel entrance is a flaw in design that need to be rectified and roofing to keep guests from rain should be considered. YTL is a Master in Hotel Management but failed miserably. The Drop Zone to unload for check-in and load after check-out are not giving justice to the name of the hotel and sometimes chaotic. I suggest YTL could discuss with DBKL to get Development Order for improvements. Saha & Yam 04.01.2022

Absolutely beautiful Hotel, beautiful and very classy rooms with nice attention to detail and everything works the way its supposed to. Windows are completely soundproof. The only thing you can hear are the doors from other rooms and sometimes a laughter or two ... but I have yet to find a hotel where you hear absolutely nothing. Nice and very thick carpets on the floors outside the rooms. The bed has something I have actually never seen in the tropics: something substantial to cover yourself while sleeping and not just a thin sheet that has you turning the AC on and off because you're either too cold while you sleep or too hot. Bed is extremely comfy, too. Really nice bathroom with a marble sitting bench inside the large shower that features a hand held shower head and a rain big round rain shower. Room is 10/10 in my opinion. Breakfast was very nice. Staff really friendly. I ordered an additional complimentary bottle of purified water and it took less than 5 minutes to them bringing me 4 bottles which when empty are replaced every day or at any time if you ask.

The only little thing that I would have to say slightly negative is about the windows. If you're looking for a hotel with a view from your room...then this is not the place for you. Even though it is almost right next to KL Tower, you'd have to be a contortions to see it around the bricks and non-moveable storm blinds. On the other side, it didn't make my room very much darker and it really keeps the heat out. Also the windows do not open, at all. The pool wasn't very inviting to me, but that is personal taste (I found it to be a bit too cold for comfort) and they close it at 7 pm, when it wasn't even dark.

- friendly stuff always ready to help (they even cut fruits we bought in a market, while we’re just asking for a knife) - the bed. I have issues with the back and it’s critical for me to have comfortable but not too soft bed. This one was hard enough and absolutely amazing 10/10 - room cleaning is good and in general it’s a clean hotel - the pool is fine. But be ready to have reflections on the glass wall in each photo - breakfast is good and has the variety of choice. Coffee is quite good too - you’re able to get to the train station and main iconic places in 10-30 min of walking

- the condition of the room could be better. Maybe I’m too spoiled by European hotels and it’s ok for Asia, not sure. Scratches, wholes are everywhere - WIFI is terrible. If you’re staying for work and expect to have zoom calls - just forget about it. It has issues with loading even instagram reels - the view from the room. There are bricks so you basically cannot see anything

Fantastic hotel, excellent staff who were friendly, courteous and helpful. Great location with lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport nearby but it's not too congested or busy, unlike central KL. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable, lots of amenities provided. There were so many food and drink options nearby and even if you didn't fancy any of the cafes or restaurants, there were supermarkets or shopping malls nearby where you can find more food options. The hotel was also fairly close to other tourist attractions, we got there by Grab or public transport easily. Had a fantastic time staying here and would definitely return in the future.

Good location, convenient for public transport and walking distance to many interesting places (and not just soulless shopping malls). Very nice staff. Reasonably sized swimming pool for a city hotel. Comfortable bed. I very much appreciated the filtered tap water in refilled glass bottles instead of plastic waterbottles, well done!

There was loud music from somewhere near almost every night, until 6 in the morning, with a thumping bass - noise cancelling headphones needed to sleep! The design with partially 'bricked up' windows is not nice (and pointless, as it evidently does not cancel out noise!).

The best hotel we ever stayed at. Worldclass service, amazing pool, the rooms are very clean and modern. Fresh and tasty breakfast.

Could be more sun-beds at the rooftop.

The hotel was nice, spacious rooms and comfortable bed, powerful shower. Lovely pool with views that were particularly striking at night. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of choice. We loved the area, some fantastic eateries at ‘The Row’ around the corner and well located for 2 train stations making it easy and inexpensive to get around the city.

The property was getting a little tired, just needed a bit of sharpening up. The light in the bathroom also illuminated the bedroom so that was a bit annoying if your partner was a night owl/early riser.

A perfect place in Kuala Lumpur with all amenities that one could ask for including a lovely rooftop pool with rooftopbar 😍! The booked room was very spacious, had a pretty view, was excelent with very comfortable beds and a huge bathroom… Breakfast was excelent! The rooftop pool as well as the rooftop bar was one of our favourit places to be in the evening…Nice views and nice snacks😊 All staff members were very friendly & more than helpful for anything being asked for… Location is perfect, too. You can walk to a lot of places straight from the hotel, there is a trainstation around and Grab is common way of transportation in K.L. as well… We would always come back and recommend this beautiful place to everyone.

It was a lovely hotel in a good location especially if you like walking around to explore the city; I wouldn't say it is completely centre but we loved that and found ourselves finding really fun little streets and restaurants near it. Stunning view from the roof top it was breathtaking. Rooms nice and clean.

Couple of things in the bedroom didn't quite work but nothing major, like the iron was a bit broken and the fridge but the staff were very attentive when we told them and if we were there on a longer stay I am sure it would have been fixed. Also if you request early check in we had a confirmation response but then on the day didn't get it which was a shame, it's subject to availability so just bare that in mind if you have an early flight you might not be able to get right to sleep!
