The receptionist not welcoming us during check in time. They look very serious and we can't ask for the question it just like we are doing problem for them. For better service.. i think should improve at receptionist attitude. Please for better others staying!

The hotel was very cozy, nice and clean. Located in the centre of Jalan Tar. So to those who wish to shop a lot around jalan TAR can consider this hotel.
Due to the location, there is no parking available. So you have to walk from the tourist parking area to the hotel. You wont have any problem if you dont drive and use lrt/grab as a main transportation during the stay.

There were only 2 elevators available for the whole building so using the elevators during peak hours/check out might be a hassle.

Location is so close to Dataran Merdeka. If you come here for Standard Chartered KL Marathon, this hotel is reasonable because near to starting line. The room also comfortable.

To My Surprise I wasn't expecting the room be so clean and comfortable. The bed was nice the aircon was cold and the toilet was clean, All the Staff is very very friendly from the Security to the housekeeping. Location was perfect, literally in middle of the town with all the shops around you. Definitely will come back.

The property is just around the night market so there are a lot of options until about 10PM. The room is quite spacious too.
Had a hard time finding the place for checkin. Also, the reception is on a different floor. Most of the time there is a hotel staff at the door to tell people where to go to for check in but there are also times that no one’s at the door so guests might get confused.
