Basic but comfortable hotel rooms in this hidden valley golf resort hotel only 20 minutes by taxi from KLIA. Everything worked, staff were friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool/ slides/ waterfall/ hot tub facilities were great for kids.
Restaurant only open for breakfast: for lunch or supper you need to eat at the Golf Club outlet which as it happens was fine. But without your own transport, you're a long way from anywhere to sample food outside the hotel. Fussball was working fine, the table tennis tables were a bit dilapidated but also fine, whereas the table ice hockey game was out of order, and the giant chess had been removed.

calm, surrounding by greenery, reception friendly and nice, lobby is clean, spacious room and toilet, swimming pool for kids are wide and gym has many good treadmills for workout the food during xmas dinner was superb and tasty
building paint near roof should touch up for better eyesight and remove living plants at walkway roofslab area (can be seen from hotel rooms)

The swimming pool was good. The room was clean and tidy. The view was very nice. The concierge guy was friendly and helpful. Ample parking.
Hard to get food in the resort as the restaurant is not operational. Had to eat at golf terrace, with limited choices. The complimentary drinking water was too little, and additional request is chargeable. The lobby was pretty dim as most lights are not lighted. The jacuzzi pool is not warm.

the swimming pool was huge and very suitable for my children aged 6 years, 2 years and 1 years. There got 6 types of swimming pool, 2 for children below 4 years, 2 for above 4 years, and 2 for adult. It was very good. Staffs are very friendly.
Need more safe guard for the swimming pool and cleaner to clean the dried leaves.

We got a room facing the pool and golf field. The room is spacious and clean..The toilet also big..
We go during Ramadhan and the food for Sahur is a bit disappointed. Personally I think the dish that they serve for Sahur is not suitable at all for Sahur..
