1 Orange Hotel KLIA & KLIA2

Location: great as it is in the Kota Warisan business centre where there is an abundance of shops and restaurants, so no worries about finding food to eat or some last minute buying stuff you have forgotten while packing for your trip. Facilities: Room size was quite spacious with a queen-size bed. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Airport transfer is available with good price and timing (please check with the staff). Overall I would recommend this hotel especially for those embarking on flights at the crack of dawn as I did.

Yes, quite happy with this property, I called the hotel from the airport and I had a driver meet me within 15 minutes then only a short drive to hotel. Room was good and clean with clean ensuite bathroom. There are many local restaurants within easy walking distance and a mini mart store next to the hotel. As I was only staying overnight the Orange Hotel was a good choice for me and I would stay here again if overnighting in KL.

Nothing, the Orange Hotel met my expectations.

Despite being no frills accommodation, it is clean, comfy and room is spacious. The location is superb, next to 24hr convenience shop, lots of eateries around (halal) and a small mall nearby. Takes just 20 mins to get to KLIA airport and the sepang international circuit. Staff are friendly and helpful. Massage chair available in the lobby area.

No tea and coffee facilities provided, no spoon for making your own coffee. The coffee cup wasnt washed properly from the previous tenant,still had stains on them. Getting e hailing is also quite difficult sometimes, especially peak hours.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfy and so are the pillows. The bathroom is also very clean! I like everything about the room. The TV works with multiple choices of Astro Channels. Walking distance to Family Mart, Dominos, 7Eleven and other restaurants.

During our stay, the water pump had some malfunction which resulted in shower disaster. Our shower can't function normally... Only HOT WATER will come out from the shower. I mean like really2 boiling hot water. Despite the water handle being turned to its right (cold water option). We ended up showering using the bidet. We can hear everything from the main road, the halls and even things that took place in the next building. If you're a light sleeper like me, please do bring your earplug with you

Near airport, necessary facilities available, hairdryer available upon request at counter, good value for the room rate.

Window cannot be locked for my room, but it is ok bacause facing street so will not feel very unsecure, but would be better if can be locked.

- Close location to airport and nearby shopping facilities. - Cool air conditioning. - Curtains were adequate at blocking all light - Driving service was efficient, quick, and cheap - Friendly and accomodation staff (allowed me to leave my bags after check out)

- Water for bathroom stopped working completely last day of stay - Noise from renovations at time of stay (Aug 2023), not a long term issue

We stayed here for our one night layover, and it had all we needed for a short stay. - The location is good near restaurants and convenience stores, and it’s easy to reach from the airport with a Grab (we payed 30 MYR (fair price) and took around 15-20 minute) - Easy Check-in - Big room - Comfortable beds - Private bathroom - Airport Transfer (we payed 40 MYR because we left before 6am - otherwise they charge 30 MYR (for 1-3 persons).

Airport is close Staff is nice and helped us with a taxi. They have a print service. Bathroom is very nice. Room is big.

I heard a lot of noise from our upper neighbours until 2 in the morning. You can hear quite a lot from the hallway and neighbours. Also, another guest entered our room with their pass, because they have been mistaken in the room number. Ofcourse it should not be possible for someone to enter our room with their pass. Probably a mistake from the reception? They were shocked as well, so this is not something that happens often. Nevertheless we had a great stay for 1 night, close by airport and the bed was comfertable. So I would still recommend this place!

Cleanliness is the first priority for me & my family, others hardware eg bathroom door couldn’t be locked, shower head water not as smooth flow, these tiny flaws are neglectable. The hotel provide basic necessities eg a clean room and bathroom, even only provide a bottle of multipurpose shower-shampoo liquid in it. the room is designed in simplicity, with a nice and firm bed with 2-3 firm & soft pillows respectively, 1-2 bath towels, a cattle, 2 cups and complimentary 2 bottles of mineral water. The rest toiletries eg face wash, shaver, toothpaste and tooth brush are on your own expense. And also bring your own hair dryer too. However with such an effortable price, I have no problem bringing my own toiletries as long as the bathroom and bedings are clean, the room air cond and hot water shower are in good conditions. I would give a tumbs up for this hotel and it is worth repeated stay.

Not all the problems are dealt with immediately maybe due to festive seasons but overall still tolerable.

It was near many restaurants, convenient stores and a small shopping center. A short ride from the airport, about 10 minutes. It wasn't anything fancy, but a decent enough hotel to stay for a night. It was really easy to grabs from this location, there were always many nearby. There isn't much else and is further out from things to do. But close to the airport, which is why we picked this hotel. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They also had printing services at the front desk, which was helpful.
