The lady staff who attended us during check in was attentive, friendly and cheerful. Hotel was nice, and room was spacious. Hotel got shuttle service from hotel to KLIA with a nice big car at rm35 for 2 people. Our flights were very early in the morning and having shuttle service provides a peace of mind. Room is spacious and made it easy for us to pack our things. Good tv channel.
The shelf in our room is wobbly and made some noise when open and close. Aircond takes some time to get cold.

Beds were comfortable.
They did not provide extra pillows or blanket. Its a extra charge as per receptionist. Bathrooms and rooms are not cleaned well. Noisy area. Just for couple of hours good location for transit. Whole hotel smells of smoke. I dont suggest for family stay. Specially with kids.

I am really like free wifi and all facilities provided. I can do my work using your free wifi. The room is very comfortable and safe environment. Besides, the accomodation fee is so reasonable and near to restaurant. Actually, I'm already recommended to my father and friends if they want to stay for holiday or outstation around there.

Was happy with our room for the price Best night sleep have had for a fair while At first we thought the bed was hard, but we slept great, so bed better then first perceived Also room is very quiet as well as nice and clean. Is a small room which we expected Nice friendly staff Going back again :-)

Close to KLIA and grab car as well as transfer-shuttle are available. Nice kopitiam (coffee shop) with good stir-fried food just behind the hotel.
Rooms are very small and bad smell. Supposed to be non-smoking rooms but rooms are smelly and cigarettes butts on the floor

Nice and convenient place to stay... 15 minutes to KLIA. Easy assessment easy to get grab and request for hotel shuttle. Will repeat again. Friendly staff.
