Hotel Golden View Nilai

The stuff is very attentive and helpful. The location is just perfect, in front of the best Nilai mall Aeon with food , starbucks (which is rare) and clothing shops. Clean room.

1. Wifi in my room didn’t work. ( but they did everything to help by using lobby area ) 2. AC wasn’t strong at all. Reception night shift is barely speaks english, she didn’t tell me that the cleaning was per request. But the cleaner girl was awesome, on the 5th day of my stay i caught her in the corridor for changing towel and paper, she provided her number for talking directly.

Location near to aeon nilai. You can either walk or use any transportation to go there. There's a restaurant besides the hotel which is affordable. There is also food market i think at night just 2 to 3 minutes walk from the hotel. Clinics also nearby so if you are not feeling well you can just walk to the the nearby clinic. The room is spacious, easy for me to perform solat.

The faucet is a bit difficult to use because it is close to the sink.

great location, clean facility, no smoke smell (most important!), staff was great, check in/out very smooth. spacious bathroom, clean linen and room. overall is greattt

window facing other building in close distance. had to close my curtain all the time, doesnt affect my comfort just minus on privacy. also, i wish there’s instant drink.

The room was clean and the air conditioner was in very good condition. The shower was also workinh well. Overall, for the price i paid, the stay was very worth the money

The ongoing construction but im sure this problem will be resolved in the future when the renovation is completed. Thank you

Friendly receptionist. Clean and comfortable room. Surrounding area easily to get food. Near the shopping center and mosque.

The room may not have carpet to facilitate the cleaning work (covid-19 control). It may be necessary to have foot pads so that the soles of the feet are not too cold when stepping on the floor.

Friendly staff. Clean. Comfortable. Feels new. The AEON Mall is just a walking distance.

The new Orchid Wing is detached from the main lobby. Having to carry heavy luggage was a hassle. The shared iron & iron board could be better.

-Overall its Ok since this is 6th time i come again to this hotel. -I like the Shower Gel. Its Smell so nice. Even im using too much when taking the Bath. Habis Sebotol sebab Bau dia Wangi.

Toilet Bowl Room 107 Ada Benda Asing lihat seperti NAJIS. Its looks not comfortable when im using the bathroom. Hopefully that can be removed or to clean up......

Easy parking (paid parking 8am to 6pm at 0.60 per hour, near to Aeon, Mutsui Factory Outlet, Aeon Mall, Tesco, Usim. Clean and staffs are very friendly. A lots of food stall, uptown. Very convinience. Next to hotel, there's a Malay Rest and its very recommended.

The staf at the counter was kind enough to change my room to a non smoking room when i reported that i couldn't stay in the first room that i checked into because of the stinky cigarrette smell.

There was not any toothbrush/paste in the bathroom.
