The room was big and clean

The check out time too early @ 11am but the check in time after 3pm

Family room big for all 4 of us, breakfast was nice. Staff accommodating and help. Lots of parking. Serene and quiet surrounding, green fairway from the window calms us all.

The flooring in the Family Room is bare, no carpet, no wood flooring, just a very cold hard tiles. Hard in our feet. The Air-conditioning was too cold even if we turned it down to 30c and lowest fan, probably broken control. Room slippers not provided need to buy.

Cleanliness. Good mannered staff. The bed sheets were milky white and well done. Quality shower cream and hand wash.

Should have mentioned in the booking.com website... What's covered in breakfast. Felt misinformed that it was not buffet.. Just coffee and pastry. Had to pay extra for buffet bfast... That normally should have been included.

Beautiful location, sat in the middle of the golf course. Good amenities too, especially the little bakery and coffee place. Helpful staff, decent sized room, great view (after requesting a move from the first room I was allocated). In fact, re the move, the reception staff were super accommodating and made it happen with zero fuss or hassle. The first room was a higher floor but looked out onto the concrete roof of the floor below. I moved to floor 2 and had a stunning view of the golf and the lake. Balcony doors were open every day that I was there and it made the difference from this being just a stay in a hotel, to it being a really enjoyable stay in a very comfortable place. Gym was great, sauna was excellent.

Time to check in is very late ( 3pm ) and check out is early ( 11am ).. not like usual..check in 2pm and check out 12pm..

The room exceeded my expectations in every way. Spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, it provided a cozy haven after a day of exploring. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed amenities. The ambiance was so inviting; I felt right at home. Now, let's talk about the breakfast—it was a culinary delight! The variety of options catered to all tastes, from hearty to healthy. Fresh ingredients, attentive service, and a pleasant dining atmosphere made each morning a delightful experience. I couldn't have asked for a better start to my day. In conclusion, if you're looking for a place that nails every aspect of hospitality, look no further than this resort. I left with a rejuvenated spirit, grateful for the wonderful memories created during my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly great getaway!

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Maybe hotel can provide the in-house slipper because it's hard to step on the room floor when it is cold due to air-conditioning.

My husband and I stayed here for about 12 nights. Initially booked for 7 nights, then extended 4 more nights. I chose this hotel as it was nearby to my university campus, where I had some work. The hotel is located almost isolated from the city center, surrounded by lush greenery. It is picture perfect. Although the construction of the hotel is a bit old and worn out, this gave it that much more authenticity and raw feel. The wooden interiors inside the room were beautiful. My room had the beautiful view of the pool and garden area, beyond the pool area you can see a tiny bit of the golf course and beyond that, you can see an amazing view of the KL city. Its a spectacular sight to behold at night and in the morning. The pool is beautiful and well maintained. Had a really good time in the pool. Breakfast buffet was okay, needs more variety and breakfast staff needs to up their game. The staff were polite. Had quick check in and check out. They did their respective jobs well. It was very easy to get cab to and from the hotel, so no issues in transportation. Please do note that they have apparently stopped their shuttle service to the city.

The hotel had many restaurants within it. I tried three of them, including their room service. The food needs to be improved. So we ended up getting food from outside whenever we stayed in. Also, during breakfast buffet, many times the waiter just comes and takes away the plate as soon as I take the last piece of food on it, which I found very impolite. This happened to almost all the guests. This should be stopped. I feel they should start clearing the dishes away from the table when the customers get up from the table.

They view, service and cafe is excellent.

The ac is super duper cold eventhough we already turned to max temp (30c). They didnt provide free toiletries and free slippers. The floor are not carpet tiles. My grandmother and parents are senior citizens, they cant walk barefoot on cold surface. Hotel should at least provide slippers for free if they didnt install carpet.

The hotel is beautiful with a stunning view, making it perfect for a staycation. The large pool is well-maintained, and there's even a small play area for kids. The on-site restaurant is quite good, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. All the amenities are in good condition.

Check-in time is at 3 pm, while check-out is at 11 am (which is not the usual 12 noon check-out time at most hotels). However, the check-in process was quite lengthy, and some of my friends' rooms were not ready even though they arrived after 4 pm.
