Got the deluxe queen room. Large, clean and comfortable.

Facing the cafe and clubs, could hear music coming from it and people fighting at 3am

cozy, But can be improved with more facilities

Parking and muslim food is not eadily available in and around the facilities

fresh with good smell & spacious room compared with other hotel (same area), this hotel the best for me with reasonable price . The malay staff (male) very good & warm person👍👍👍

1)pack with customers becoz this is chinese eatery place. 2) not suitable for light sleeper becoz Night Club customer love to ramming their car- make noised 3) bathroom cleanliness have to improve a little bit ,need to be scrub 4) dusty table & keetle.

The place is quite okay considering the pricing of the place, you pay for what you get. The staff was amazing, my wallet doesn't have small change when I was getting some snacks they treated me instead of finding small change, really appreaciated. The room was okay, everything is working as it should. Would book at this place again if there's a chance to.

The room has a kind of smell, though not bad it's definitely not pleasant for people with sensitive nose. The bedside table was only provided on one side me and my partner had to keep switching to use that one bedside table. The provided table is a bit too small too. Some parts of the room were a bit dusty. I hope that the service counter would have change for money for customers who wants to buy snacks there but doesn't have small change.

The room is spacious and clean. I get a room without window, it will be better if can get room with window. Staff is very friendly and helpfulness. The location is very strategic with food, grocery, entertainment and night life but quite crowded with card and people. If drive a car, difficult to get street parking but can park in pay car park within 10min walking distance. The pay car park is secure and clean but with higher parking rate.

room was bare basic tv should be smart tv with minimum you tube at least at least 2 key card for a family of 4 in a deluxe double queen room. overall facility looks old, need some sprucing up

Excellent location. Breakfast was not included - but no worries, plenty of eateries including McDonald nearby. Tea /Coffee provided in the room and reception. Great hotel at a very bargain price. Room was large and spacious.

Friendly and helpful staff.

Climbing the staircase, and getting an unoccupied public parking spot nearby the hotel. Public multi-storey carpark is a short walk 10 minutes away. Difficulty in unloading suitcases during checking-in and then loading suitcases during checking-out. The management should consider providing a reserved parking spot for the ease of guest checking-in and loading suitcases upon checking-out.

Good customer service. Room is bigger then expected. Comfortable bed and shower. Many restaurants nearby the hotel.

Actually the whole room was very clean and comfortable. But the floor under the bed was dirty and had some rubbish like used paper towel. Hope the cleaners can clean more carefully.
