It's worth what you pay! Even as a solo travelling woman, I felt safe. The shower was nice: great pressure and warmth. The bathroom was tidy and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfortable. There was working aircon. Plenty of mirrors, which I like. Enough electricity sockets. There's a water dispenser in the hallway. The staff is very friendly. I got a better room and could easily change again when the toilet flush wasn't working properly.

The wifi connection in my room was very bad. Luckily I had unlimited 4g. It's very noisy, so do bring earplugs. The room also wasn't very dark; the curtains do not really block light. Though the aircon was working, it made a very loud noise when put at the highest setting.

Very nice hotel with good restaurants around . Friendly staff they'll help you for anything, nice cleaning service . Aircon and WiFi are working perfectly, never had a problem . 24h reception service, and perfect location to escape the crowd of KL . They have very affordable price, I believe that is hard to find this standard for this price in KL . That's why they deserve 10/10

Too clean for me 🤣

The staff was super friendly, they let us check in before the scheduled time, which we really appreciated because we had been traveling for 20 hours. There was a small problem in our room and they moved us to another one right away. Very friendly staff and comfortable hotel.

The downstairs room the bathroom was a little smell.

It was clean. I booked a single room but the staff upgraded to queen room, with no charge. The room is big enough to perform prayers for muslims.

Probably the not-so soundproof room. The hotel was near traffic light, so at midnight, it was quite noisy. Lucky I was not a light sleeper.

Wonderful team here mainly Ashiq on reception made us feel so welcome and helped us with all our needs. Facilities to refill water bottles. Clean basic rooms fine for what we needed. Hot water shower. 20 min taxi ride out of city centre fine for us.

The staff was kind enough to upgrade me to queen room without extra charge even though it was a last minute book.

A couple of cloth hangers could be good for a room that have only one place to hang clothes. Should put at least one hook inside the bathroom.

The room was spotlessly clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. My room had everything a tired traveler would need. Shower, toilet, AC and bed were in good conditions. Thank you very much.

Although the hotel location is perfect, the issue was the traffic noise.

The location is near with LRT Wangsa Maju, easy to access public transportation. Next to Petronas and near with Shell.

The aircond is a bit cold but manageable.
