U Pac Hotel

I was largely by myself and had multiple issues, such as a phone that didn't work. I study at NUS. In the last two days, I tried to go around KL trying to fix it. I was incredibly stressed about making it back to Singapore and generally remaining safe in a foreign country in which I had no one to rely on. I ended up giving my phone to one of the Samsung Service Centers in Gardens Mall, but of course without a phone and little money on me, it was near impossible for me to get there. I'd have to beg random strangers to book grabs for me (which one of my "friends" thought was actually better than them actually helping me" Matthew, one of the head staff members was utterly exceptional. He comforted me, and treated me like a genuine friend would, unlike the others with whom I arrived. Despite his incredibly busy schedule, and dedication to his various responsibilities and commitments, he still made time to help me. He woke up at 6am, after essentially doing several consecutive night shifts to take me to the Gardens Mall, and actually helped me engage with the local staff there and do what needed to be done. I know little about technology, but it was Matthew who informed me about the optimal decisions to take, and the best way to get my phone sorted. He then helped me get a grab to the airport so I would not miss my flight. He went out of his way, in spite of being tired, and in spite of just having finished his shift, just to help me. I haven't experienced genuine, blind kindness like this at all. I never would have thought someone who I had just met would help me the way Matthew did. He kept in consistent contact with my family members, letting them know I was safe and not alone. I am back in Singapore because of Matthew, and I will always be grateful.

Everything was good. I didn't like that Matthew didn't get more breaks - he deserves a lot more and both me and my mum are deeply appreciative of his actions.

Nice location can easily get breakfast around the area.

The room was really clean and comfortable, great value. Super friendly and welcoming staff really made us feel like we're at home! Azu was kind, always available and made sure check-in and our stay is smooth and pleasent. Jainal did a great job keeping the place clean and tidy and helped us out whenever we needed anything. 10/10

Internet was a bit slow at times, but still operational.

few years back have provide breakfast. now no more. overall is good and ill be happy to stay at U Pac again for my next travel to KL coz U Pac have own private carpark at basement. and nearby have 24hrs convenient store.

Only have body shampoo. if can provide hair shampoo as well will be great.

The receptionist was very polite and humble.he helped us with responsiblity and hospitality.there was also parking reserved for us which made our work easier and ensure the car's safety.overall it was exellent

The price was reasonable but according to my opinion it is a little high...the price should be decreased a bit....else than that,it was okay.

First, friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean, pleasent smell, comfortable bed. High pressure water in bathroom. Besides, got secure basement parking for free. other than that, got laundry, fridges and dispenser. Much worth it for its price.

Comfortable bed and linen. Cool and clean room. Easily accessible - very close to the main road. Close to a few mini markets and restaurants. Free basement parking. Nice view of Merdeka 118 and Petronas Twin Towers

No hangers at all!

Just a simple hotel that suits for one night sleep. It's easy to find parking as well.

The light in room is dark. Weak soundproof, as the guests stayed next room singing at midnight.

Hotel is clean, cozy and secured. Have plenty of parking in the basement and lift.

Maybe can improve the door access at the lobby because the system was jammed for a while (approx 20 mins) until we can enter the lobby. The staff was helpful when we call for assistance at midnight.

First is clean, second is nice, third is well facilated with a reasonable price. More spaces compare to other hotel in KL. Next to convenient store (99 Speedmart & 7 eleven) Private Carpark Provided! Staff friendly sporting and respectful while our arrival. Cheers
